I have been using extended cough relief gels for years now. No more coughing all day or not sleeping at night. These cough gels are convenient and really work! They DO last 8 hrs and start working fast. No more sticky cough syrup. Easy to take with you if you need to. I'm never without some on hand. These gel caps are economical too. Great price for 60. I only wish the gel caps were more elongated than round.

I can’t say enough about this product. The flu of month long coughing is going around and my daughter started with it Sunday. The day these arrived she had been coughing almost non stop at night and most of the day. I started her at 12:30 on first dose and by 1:20 she had already significantly reduced coughing. So much that she was able to get out of bed and enjoy the family a little. Second dose around 6:45 and again, minimal coughing. She woke me at 4:00 am this morning by coughing again non stop (didn’t take med since 6:45 pm prior). I gave her two more pills at 4:15 and by 4:20am she was asleep and I’ve not heard another cough. I just ordered my second bottle and may even get a third for the future. This stuff is amazing, at least for her cough. I already have others ordering it.

There are other cough relief medications that come in higher quantities for nearly the same price. Efficaciously the same as other dextromethorphan gel caps.

These work very well and I would highly recommend them except they are shipped just as a pill bottle, no box. On the bottle there is nothing showing what the dosage is. I went online and found the information and also found it was printed on the box, but not the bottle. This seems to me to be a major oversight.

High quality product, caps are easy to swallow, quick to take effect and last a good amount of time. Highly recommend to anyone who wants/needs something like this in their lives. The fact that it does not have any other ingredients than Dextromethorphan HBR means there's far less risk of seriously adverse overdose effects, which means it's safer to keep around the kids. Really just a great product for families that like to stay safe and healthy.
