I bought this because I wanted the flexibility of using my own vlogging kit and cheaper than the GoPro media kit. I use the Rode wireless go 2 for my audio which superior to the GoPro audio. It allows for adding other things such as lights etc. It is a great little protector for your expensive gopro. Check out the YouTube postings on this productI highly recommend

Very convenient case for my Go Pro Hero 7 black. Allows the audio adapter to be securely connected and a mic attached that allows great quality audio to be recorded from my go pro. It does feel a tad plasticky, but overall the build was solid enough to secure my Go Pro as I climbed up and down a gorge trying to fish the river at the bottom. Would recommend.

Overall great product and great design. Unfortunately, Idk why, but I was expecting it to be aluminum not plastic. I suppose the test of time will tell, however, it doesn't inspire confidence in an all plastic build.

Usual Rode quality. Purchased to use with my GoPro but will use it with my other cameras as well.

Great little product, I feel like there is a lot of tension in the mic adapter cable to bend it around but it works well. The quality of the supplied mounts isn’t as good plastic as genuine GoPro mounts. But the unit is solid.

It's not pretty, and it looks/feels cheap and plasticky, but it does the job of holding the mic adapter perfectly.The GoPro style tripod mount base fits all my grips well too.

Bought this after seeing it reviewed on YouTube as a vlogging case for the GoPro and it works perfectly.Using it for video and live streaming, it has space for the microphone adaptor and made of plastic but sturdy enough and light.

The case looks fairly sturdy and seems made of a strong plastic. It doesn't fit my gopro 8 as had been mentioned in the comments.

This made my vlog life easier, I don't need to worry about the mic adapter hanging out and the microphone be all over the place, makes everything look neat.

I actually thought it was metal when looking at the pictures of it but it’s plastic. I’m actually happy it’s plastic because it’s musch lighter. The quality is excellent and the fit of everything is perfect. I wish I had found this earlier! Love it!
