Belvada Cosmetics Black Mascara

The girls like it and that makes it ok with me. It would have made a great stocking stuffer if it had arrived in time for Christmas.

In the market for a gentle black mascara I bought Belvada based on price and reviews. The applicator brush is full and holds just the right amount of product. Unique packaging and long barrell is tough to twirl the brush when painting my lashes. I am pleased with the end result; non clumping, clean makeup that does not flake or evaporate by the end of the day, washes clean with make-up remover, face wash and soap. When this masacara is empty, I would buy another if the priceis more competative.

This is the most amazing mascara. It does not clump on the eyelashes but coats them to the very ends. It is fast drying but not harsh on eyelashes so you don't get spots on your eyelids or under-eye areas.

Prior to ordering this item from Amazon, I'd purchased it on My Habit. It was, hands down, the best mascara I'd ever used. I ordered it from Amazon, but it arrived completely dried out. I have since moved on to another brand - I'll never purchase this again.

I got it as a gift, and this is my new preferred brand. I love the fact that you can do everything with one hand, the brush itself it top quality.

This mascara is the best I've tried so far! Better than alot of so called "high end" brands I've used, this mascara actually earned that high end title!Besides its sleek glam look (because thats not really all that important) the actual product is great...its designed so that u end up with the right amount of product on the brush...thats the part I love most.I would really recommend this mascara...unless your one of those girls that piles mascara on their lashes so they look like yucky tarantula legs. In other words a little goes a long way!Oh & u can hold it like a pen and get reallllyyyy close to your bottom lashes!No clumps,no lumps,love it!(I gave it only 4 stars because for the price it doesnt feel/look like there is much product in the tube...)

I didn't buy this product through Amazon, but I'm still reviewing it for those who really care about quality makeup products.I consider myself an expert on mascara, I've tried almost every brand out there and am VERY particular about what makes a good mascara. I was so hyped when I bought this (one for myself and one for my sister). I had done a lot of research and found videos of people proclaiming it's glory...but I'm disappointed in almost all aspects of this mascara.The claim of this mascara is that it is revolutionary in it's container design. Well, it's too bad that they used a lot of money and research to make a pretty product that doesn't hold up. I LOVED the pewter chrome tube. Loved the shape of bristles on the brush. LOVED the box design (it's very clever and classy). Loved that the cap sticks on the bottom, but when you actually push the wand up through the tub, almost no mascara comes out. There are flaps that grab excess mascara to wipe it so you get "just the right amount", but every time I hardly got any! I've been trying to use it for two weeks now to see if it gets any better, but it doesn't. When I do my mascara, I like to load up a LOT on the brush so I can get as much on my lashes as possible. So little comes out that you barely get a visible coating on them.Also the plastic slide that you push the wand with is made of very cheap plastic. Within two days of using it, my sister's had broken off and she couldn't use it any more. I was so upset because this was one of her christmas presents and it totally FAILED.And as far as it supposedly being easier to use one handed? It's not. It's just more difficult to train your hand to hold it closer and tighter. Every time I put it on I get black all over the rest of my eyes because it it so awkward, and I have a VERY steady hand and have done makeup professionally for years.The last disappointed thing to me was the formula in the mascara itself. It's so hard to find a great one that has not only a good brush and applicator, but one that has the right consistency, holds up well, doesn't flake and allows you to layer. This does none of those.It's very thin. It does not build up. It does not layer. And it doesn't dry fast! I've tried it over and over again to bad results and every time have ended up layering a different brand of mascara over it to get the fullness I'm looking for.I'm so sad this product didn't work. It honestly had me going there at first before I got it and I thought this was going to be the mascara to beat all mascaras. Sadly no.

I bought this mascara on Amazon My Habit. It came with the eyelash curler and the b tweezers. The accessories are awesome, the curler is tiny and cute and I love the design of the tweezers cause the grip is amazing.I am truly disappointed on the mascara though. I am always trying out new products because I haven't found what I am looking for yet. My lashes are very thin so I need a lot of mascara to make them nice and pumped. This product claims you get just the right amount of mascara on the brush. False. When you push out the brush there is hardly any product on it and you have to pull it in and push it out multiple times to get the same amount you would have on a regular brush the first time you extract it. I ended up having a huge clump of product over the top of the brush and since the brush is not as long as my entire eyelid basically I got clumps on the lashes close to the nose and no product at all on the other ones. It took me three times longer than usual to apply it and I still look like I am not wearing mascara at all.Overall a colossal waste of money.
