Slow opening of apps, casting doesn't work. Which hardware for casting is not mentioned. Tried lot to detect but not found till date. No security Updates received so far. Remote control provided is not as shown in picture and hardware details of tv box. IR receptor is weak remote needs to be very close to operate. Not perfoming as per hardware configuration.

No support from phantio , homelett saller not picking up calls , no service ,no refunds ,
I have replaced the box 3 to 4 times & also buyed remote by giving additional amount of rs 1000 and i payed again 1500 by thinking that problem will get solved by using 4,64gb variant but still can't use box it is not working in my smart tv there is no problem in TV hdmi port is working good but there that is not supporting in our TV we loss total Rs in this tv box is 7300 but still not working

Work fine but i buy the purpose is play pubg but can't play.Today crossing 10 months. I meet some problems now. Refer my images.

I installed Android app
I installed Android app, from where I was able to install Chrome, etc. I downloaded Jio TV app from the net and installed it from USB. The voice button on the remote works only as a Google assistant.
