Great for my needs and value in a pack of 3
I don’t always have access to in person shopping for art supplies. This was a handy way to get these pens for hobby work at home.

Works on everything except one type of plastic
Heard about posca pens through some YouTube videos and I needed new paint pens so I thought I’d give these a try. I’ve used a variety of paint pens at this point, but nothing has been nearly as satisfying to use. The nylon nib is unlike any other and they don’t seem to dry out and don’t need to be shaken nearly as often as other paint pens.I’ve had success with these on wood furniture, plain canvas, primed canvas, acrylic on canvas, a number of different plastics, a scratch on leather boots, newsprint, printer paper, watercolor paper, paper bags and recycled paper, glass and mirrors, rocks, and metal. Had problems with the outside of pharmacy prescription bottles but worked on plastic lid. I would also be hesitant to use these on soft rubber

Totally in love with POSCA markers
As a professional artist, I love trying out new things. I tried out POSCA markers last fall on a gas tank and fenders for a custom Harley for a client. Man, I am hooked on them. They are perfect for both thick lines and detail work and SO much easier to control the line than with a paint brush. I love that they produce a solid colored line and I've not had 1 marker that had any issues.I ordered 3 of this sized marker and 3 of the larger tipped ones when I was preparing to do the metal work because I didn't know how far the paint in them would go. I used 1 of each size tip for different lines and details, and even doing the entire gas tank and both fenders, I didn't use close to the full marker on either one I opened. I was amazed.I used the remaining markers in some experimental pieces on canvas and I adore the way that the paint comes out of the marker and how well it goes on canvas. I also use them for signing finished pieces that are done with a brush or other technique. It's easier to actually sign my name with them instead of trying to do so with a paint brush or other paint marker. If you have never used POSCA markers, I highly recommend them. They are absolutely amazing.

opaque, easy to control fine tip
Love these! My go-to markers. I make photoluminescent art and when it is on a black background I use these black markers to correct/erase mistakes at a very fine-detail level. Makes life easier because paint doesn't always do what you want! I used it for the fine lines on this gold background one too, and the first image is all Posca markers except for the glowing portions. They expand my capabilities beyond the brush.

The best opaque markers, period.
Hard to find in the US, but the dominant marker type in Europe. Easy to see why: truly opaque ink, wide variety of tip shapes, waterproof when dry, doesn't bleed, & works on any surface. Major bonus points for flowing perfectly after being stored for a year! Just remember to shake them well before use.
