Nothing attached to stop it sliding into whatever you are cooking
It worked ok telling the correct temperature but kept sliding into the milk and milk/yoghurt mixture so was no use

Great yoghurt thermometer.
Only used once so far, but it works great, easy to clean and reacts to changes of temperature very quickly. Speedy delivery. Took me ages to decide with all the different options but I am very happy with product.

Easy to clean and looks good. You do need to hold it in the pan as there isn’t a clip to hold it on the pan side
