Oddly formatted
The book is oddly formatted which makes it unreadable. It's worth every penny I paid for it - $0.Ingredients listed:cups chickpea flour 3-2Does that mean 2-3 cups of chickpea flour?Maybe the odd formatting is the way it downloaded, but I've never encountered this before.

Great specialty recipes for vegans or gluten-free
I'm gluten sensitive and I love the taste of chickpeas (I mill my own chickpea flour and other flours needed in these recipes). I used to love my bread machine wheat flour breads...but it turns out they didn't like me...so I needed some good gluten free bread recipes, and I'm always trying out new recipes.The breads and pizza crusts in these recipes taste better with better "mouth-feel" than most any commercial breads or pizzas...and more satisfying and filling. They are not as pretty looking but I'm ok with that. (The bread recipies even work in my bread machine -- which has a gluten free setting on it).This book has a lot more than just breads and pizzas (35 total recipies). The "Chickpea Fries" recipe is worth the price of the book.4 Stars only because the recipes aren't accompanied by "recipe stories".

Don’t waste your time!
The cook books needs pictures of the meals and more information about how to cook and find the ingredients.
