The BEST THING EVER!! 💕🎗💕
Total lifesaver and brilliant design!!!! I purchased this for my recovery after a double mastectomy and I have to say this significantly improved my recovery! The neoprene material is the perfect fabric for both wet or dry use and is far more comfortable than any lanyard I've ever worn! The neoprene is the same material many wetsuits are made from so it keeps its shape and strength even when wet and drys quickly. It could also easily be thrown in with the laundry for cleaning. The fit is completely customizable and adjustable so you can make it as short or long as you want and can set it up to hold anywhere from a single drain up to four (which I had).I thought the quality and workmanship was wonderful and it was so functional! I was able to shower on my own after a few days (once I felt I was steady enough). Unlike some of the other types which tie around your waist, it was easy to conceal under clothing whenever I had to venture out to the next Dr. appointment. Every time I had an appointment all the nurses and doctors would rave about it and always wanted to know where I got it from. They understood how valuable it was as it really gave me a bit more freedom to have my hands free and at times I even forgot that I "had strings".Initially when I first ordered it I thought the price was a little high, but once I used it I decided it was invaluable and totally worth it! I now recommend this item to everyone I meet who is having surgery (breast cancer or not!). I often get asked by others what they can do or give to someone who is about to go through such a difficult recovery and this is always the first thing I recommend!! I've since passed mine on to another breast cancer patient and asked that she do the same when she was done with it. She too found it to be incredibly helpful and priceless!I highly recommend this item and wish they were more widely known! Thank you Shower Pockets Inc... life saving!! 💕🎗💕

Great
Once out of surgery they just had the drains in my wrap. They had to take my wrap off due to my low BP so my drains would just be hanging which was not comfortable. I used this product and helped. It’s recommend for the shower but helped if you didn’t have a shirt made for the drains. Definitely recommend the shirt that holds the drains but if you can’t get one this works.

WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT - If having a mastectomy!
WOW!! This is the best product to purchase if you are having a MASTECTOMY!! I know that I was going to have my surgery in February of this year (2015), I needed something to hold my drain bulbs. This product which is named "shower pockets surgery drain bulb system" I used my 24/7. During the hospital the drain bulbs were pinned to my gown. I was so glad I had purchased this product before having the surgery. I brought them to the hospital and they day I left I had the drain bulbs in each pocket. Today is 3 weeks since my surgery (2/19/15), I still have one drain left. The first drain was removed after 2 weeks. So, I re-arranged the bulb holder so it would support the one drain bulb. It has and I'm hoping for the last drain bulb to be removed next week (that's 4 weeks). Turns out having one is painful!!when I went to the doctor's (plastic surgeon) she saw the drain bulb holders and told me she loved the idea. I provided her with the Amazon link and found the creator of this great product. I was told at the doctor's office they wrap a gauze around the women's neck and then pin the drain bulbs to it. The plastic surgeon has suggest she would suggest this product to her patients. Paying it forward on a great product!these pictures. The first is me wearing the drain bulb holder for the first time (with a heart pillow)second (with dog with glasses) These 2 items are my life line during my Mastectomy surgeryLast picture, me with the last drainage bulb.

Couldn't have lived without these
These shower drains made such a difference when taking a shower after my bilateral mastectomy. A fellow breast cancer survivor gave me a pair of these right before I went in for surgery. These allowed me to shower while keeping my 4 drains safely tucked away. It's already a nightmare to shower after a bilateral mastectomy with drains on, so this just makes it quite a bit easier. Now, anyone I hear that has to go in for a bilateral mastectomy, I buy one of these for them and add it to a care package of other necessities. Please continue to make this product! Maybe make it a bit more affordable since sadly I have had to buy a few for other ladies, and I'm sure I'll be buying more in the future.

Get them!!!
My mother had a single mastectomy and lift in the other breast. I got her This along with a front Velcro shirt with interior pockets. My mother had 3 bulbs, one had its own shoulder holster. She told me not to get this before she had her surgery, but used it during her first shower and couldn't shower without it. My father was helping her in her first shower and she said she didn't need it, but they quickly changed their minds. She ended up having some complications with the spacer for her implant and eventually had to remove it. After a week, they removed the tubes, but ended up putting one back in. She had it in for about a month and a half altogether, and she was just telling me about how much this product helped her during this period.

Mistakenly bought the wrong one, but it was useful even so
I purchased this for my wife and we were happy with one caveat. She had four drains and unfortunately the version we purchased only had one pocket on each side and hence only had two total pockets. This was my error as there is a four pocket version of these which I should have purchased. (Note for future purchasers....make sure you purchse the right one. Here is a link to the other: http://www.amazon.com/Shower-Pockets-Surgery-Drain-System/dp/B00HVLG1CW/ref=pd_sim_121_4?ie=UTF8&refRID=1CJSTHCGVKGG3HA9GMA3All of the above said, the pockets were still tremendously valuable as my wife simply pinned her drains to either side of the neoprene strap. It worked perfectly and helped her shower without an issue. Hence, while it had fewer pockets than needed, it was still useful.
