Great for 2002 Four Winns Freedom 170!
This is a perfect fit for the SX drive on a 2002 Four Winns Freedom 170. It says 3 lbs. This is actually the 14 ft line. The install was fairly straight forward. Just remove the old line and put all the fittings on the new line and pull it through. Smooth as butter!Amazon was the best price I could find and the 2-day shipping with prime was awesome.

claimed to be universal, add the end adapters. They weren't unless I bought adapters,... got stuck since it took me to long to try install. Bought different omc cables with the correct fittings cheaper without having to buy adapters.

These cables are not the least expensive but they made in the US and are worth the extra cost. Easy installation and the outer plastic cover appears to be a bit thicker that the one I am replacing. That plus the 4" bend radius makes installation a breeze. Just be sure to work one cable end at a time and use the old cable adjustments as a guide to install the attachment ends. Do this and there will be little to no readjustment needed and get you back on the water quicker.
