This charger is very effective and compact. Perfect for travel. I use it for my cell phone and Fire reader.

This battery pack works fantastic. Holds a charge for a year. I use it for a seat warmer. I put it away last season, and I got it out a year later, and it still was charged. Charging indicator and lights are bright and accurate. Slim design, easily fits in a pocket or purse.

This was my second purchase of this product. My first one was left with my brother who needed it in an emergency. We were at an event that needed to be streamed, and the wifi went out. Someone volunteered to use their phone, an I volunteered my charger. Needless to say that my first charger held up the entire 3+ hours of use. When it's not hot outside, I usually keep it in the car fully charged. When it is fully charged up, I have gotten about 2.5 full charges on my Samsung Galaxy phone from less than 2%. They warn against keeping in a hot car, so I'll have to figure something else out for the summer months. But, it provides a rapid charge EVERY time, and there is plenty of juice in it. What's even cooler is the fact that you can charge two devices at once - which I have done with my phone and an iphone 8. They were both charged to 100% When I'm fishing, Netflix is my friend, and now I can be on for hours. When we're on a lengthy car trip,handing my daughter this thing is much more convenient than giving her a long cord to plug into a cigarette lighter charger. It is a bit bulkier than I'd prefer (slightly bigger than my cell phone), but at around $11, it is well worth the money.

We've had this product for a long time now, and it still works fine, no issues at all. Charges fast and gives at least 2 full charges . I had 2 other power banks where the battery started swelling after just 1 year, this one gave me no issues.

Purchase this to charge my phone on the go and it never yet disappoint me, one of the coolest purchases I’ve ever made.

Updated 1/28/2021.Using a 3.4 amp plug made all the difference. Charges this battery in less than six hours. The battery can be used while it is charging, or after. The battery charges my phone and others in less than 2.5 hours each. Worth every penny. Changing my overall rating to 5 stars!Original post follows, unedited.Charged it fully b4 first use. Took 7-8 hours using a 1-amp plug. Charged 4 cell phones and a Kindle b4 it was empty (great!). Each device was charged by this device in less than 3 hours (great!). Charging the product again as I write this. 14 hours so far. This time I had to plug my phone into this product WHILE it was charging. My phone normally gets a full charge in 4 hours. Gave up after 6 hours at 96%. I believe my old 1-amp plug just can't keep up with both this product AND a phone. Next I'll try charging two devices from this product, at the same time. So far, it operates as advertised. I want a 3-amp wall plug.

This battery/power supply turns off when device it is connected to reaches 100% power, but does not turn on automatically when the device drops in power. The Portable Charger, Ultra Slim 10000mAh Power Bank has to be manually (by the pushbutton) turned on after it turns off on a full device. This is the nuisance issue that occurs with this power supply. Having the extra USB connection to power two devices is great, but again the manual pushbutton comes to play. When the device is still powered on, reaches full power, and then when it drops in power, this battery does not engage to keep the device from going dead unless you remember to press the button to turn the power supply/battery back on.
