When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture. Now I wonder if it’s even a real Waterford item.

Cheaper quality from Slovenia
Pretty but cheaper quality made in Slovenia not Ireland. Comes in a container which mine was smashed up because they ship these in bubble mailers not a box. The crystal itself had a green sticker not the traditional gold, and the watermark found etched on the bottom is a different font than the traditional made in Ireland as well. Mine contained a huge air bubble which was disappointing but I don’t think my mom noticed as this was a gift to her. Overall it’s pretty but the Waterford coming from the countries other than Ireland are cheaply made due to the quality of materials being used is less than perfection like the traditional Waterford. When Waterford went bankrupt they outsourced to different countries to save money and it shows. Really sad actually.

Beautifully made and pretty.
Gave as a birthday present and the recipient loved it. She found it very pretty and tasteful, and looked forward to filling it with fresh flowers. Would highly recommend.

Quite a dissapointment this was. Partly it was my mistake as they do mention size of the product (I think) but it is deceptively small and I had to return it as I bought it as a gift but I didn't feel like gifting such a small vase and spending a good amount (I spend around £40) for it. Make sure you read and understand the size of this product before making any move.
