It was comfortable enough to lay in, but it mad it difficult to get out of it. - One of the carabiners clips locking part got flipped while I was in the hammock (see picture) so in effect it was no longer closed. Nothing fell this time but I might need to replace theses to feel more safe. - In just a few minutes in the sun, due to the dark blue color, it got very hot... uncomfortable to the touch - I'm also not a fan of the rope used to bunch the sides of the hammock, I'll either need to tie a different knot or just replace it with a better set of carabinersRecommend?: Four stars.  It was easy to buy this hammock because of its value. It's hard to beat its price. But more impressive ended up being its comfort and quality. I also hate having to figure gear out -- so I was glad to find that the hammock was easy to set up, then easy to stuff back into its bag (see my video). It makes for a perfect addition for any picnic at the park or camping trip.Some of the photos here are from the first time I tried it on an unexpected camping trip in southern Utah. The product came with everything shown in the photo. The daisy chains and carabiners make for a quick, easy set-up between tree trunks or branches. You can easily adjust how high or low you want your hammock. I ended up hanging around in the hammock for hours reading a book and checking out wildlife.The other photos and video are from a quick picnic in the park. The most difficult part was just trying find two trees close enough to put up a hammock in our hometown in Gilbert, Arizona. But then the set-up again was easy -- my wife (who's not into camping) put it up in minutes. Later, my wife and I (and even my medium-sized dog) all took a nap in the hammock.The video review is my first ever on Amazon, so go easy on me.

I looked at a lot of hammocks and read a lot of reviews both on Amazon and outdoor blogs. When I came across this hammock and saw the great reviews I was intrigued but when I saw the great price and the great reviews I knew I had to try it. I was amazed at how light the hammock bundle was when it arrived. I took it out immediately and hung it up in my yard. I wanted to test the ease of use so I didn't look at the instructions that came with the hammock and it was up in no more than a couple of minutes. I love that the straps and carabiners come with it and pack easily in the bag with the hammock for easy storage and transport. The 8 loop straps make set up a breeze, I don't worry about finding the "perfect" distance between trees any more as the different loops make it easy to set and adjust if needed.I threw a sleeping bag in the hammock and climbed in, and again was pleasantly surprised. It was very comfortable and spending the night in the hammock was great. This will replace my tent when camping in areas with trees. When it came time to take it down it was just as easy as the set up. It is so light weight and easy to store that I take it with me whenever I go to the park and on our weekend hikes, you never know when you might just find the perfect place to relax and enjoy a nice nap.I would recommend Sawtooth hammocks to anyone looking for a great quality hammock at a great price.

Very Impressed by this Double Hammock! From the moment you take it out of the plastic bag you know that you are dealing with a quality product. I was really impressed not only by the quality of the two carabiners it came with but also of sturdiness of the two daisy chains it come with. Just the daisy chains straps alone make this purchase! For other hammocks I've purchased I've always end up paying more for additional ropes to hang it on, glad this hammock is the exception.The hammock and straps together in the bag weigh a little more than I was expecting, but still light and a good travel size. Looking at the material the hammock is made out of it is really thin and breathable without compromising its strength. The mentioned anchor points are study little rings that can be used to spread out the hammock and use it as a sunshade which are really conveniently placed at either points and the centers of the hammock as well. I bought this hammock at a discount for my honest review, and I can honestly say this hammock is a good deal.Overall I was really impressed by this hammock!
