FATCO Fat Stick and All Purpose Moisturizing Stick for Dry Areas on your Face, Lips, and Body – Lemon + Honey (0.5 oz)

The original lavender Fatco Fat Stick has been my go-to chapstick/all-purpose stick for over three, maybe 4 years now. I've gotten other people loving it, too. It keeps my lips moisturized, smells great, and is an awesome hand moisturizer (I tend to have dry skin and am a nurse, so I'm constantly washing my hands). Every time I use it, the lavender and mint is like aromatherapy getting me through my day, and sometimes, my skin gets so dry in the operating room, I'll even rub it on my cheeks to soothe it.That said, these new flavors are just... fine? The formulation is clearly different. Almond oil is now second on the ingredients list versus tallow which was second after beeswax on the original. It applies much more smoothly, but it doesn't absorb into my skin as easily and tends to just sit on top of it more, both on hands and on lips. The taste of the honey lemon is nice, but that's not enough to make up for this, and it doesn't last as long either. It's really disappointing. Thankfully, the original is still available, and I hope they never change it. Nothing else I've tried works quite like the original Fat Stick, not even this new one from Fatco.

The moisturizing stick arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. My son is taking medication that makes his lips super dry and cracked. He has tried all sorts of chap sticks/creams with little to no results. After just a few days of using the FATCO stick I could already tell a difference. We ordered another one in a different scent and my son preferred the orange-vanilla over the lemon.

I already have the regular Fatco tube moisturizer as it's called. I use it every day and I looked forward to the new one that smells so nice with lemon and honey but the new one with lemon and honey dries out my lips and becomes very uncomfortable. For me, I will have to stick to the original. I love Fatco for my lips.

I use it mainly as chapstick and it works so well! I live in a dry climate and this has been one of the best things that works for me especially during the winter months. This is my third stick I’ve purchased.

This is my 3rd Fatco stick & I’ve loved them all! GREAT moisturizer for lips. I do which they had some sunscreen to dab quickly on my grandson’s nose & cheeks.
