Great looking hat but be very careful with it. It's quite rigid, not flexible in the least, and will break easily. I only had my hat for a week before the front totally tore apart. Disappointing. Fit well and looked awesome... while it lasted.

I bought this exact same hat 5 years ago and it has given me very good service. The first time I put it on it fit perfectly and looked great. I received many compliments on it over the past few years. I recently tried replacing it with a new one as mine was wearing out. The straw seems so stiff and brittle that it feels like it would break if you so much as dropped it. The first one I ordered arrived with a broken brim and a quarter size hole in the top of the cap. I returned it and ordered another and it arrived with very similar damage. This speaks to the brittleness of the straw. Also, the hat fits way tighter than my old one. Too bad … I really loved my old Peter Grimm Gen X Drifter and was excited about replacing it with a new one.
