Great basic phone that ticks a lot of boxes my mother is elderly and blind with a small amount of sight left mainly just contrast between light and dark. This phone enables her to contact myself and family very easily you open the clamshell (it unlocks without the need to do anything else) all she then has to do is press a button (the phone says the number she can then select the relevant speedial easily) and when she's done close the phone to hang up. Sound a simple process to most but on previous handsets we have had issues with unlocking the phone trying to speedial not knowing if the handset is unlocked then dialling the wrong preset and then not pressing the right button to hang up and ending up listening to coranation street for half an hour. Or being left a voicemail of yourself phoning her on the land line to get her to hang upthe mobile. The handset itself is very good, basic and simple a little long-winded to change ringtones but for the money a bargain it will pay for itself now she can hang up and not have to pay for coranation street to be streamed a member of the family.

Bought this phone for the mother in law who is 85. I wasn't expecting much for the price point of £35 but turns out it is a fantastic little phone with big easy to read buttons, it has a loud ringtone and a bright flashing light when an incoming call comes in, there is a button on side of phone which turns on a torch. 2 speed dial buttons for easy access a SOS button on back which calls 5 numbers and sends a text to the inputted numbers. To charge the phone it just slots into a docking station, if you wanted to charge in a car you wouldn't be able to unless you took the docking station with you. Oh yes it has dual sim slots and it takes a full size sim so if you have a modern micro sim an adapter will be required. The phone has a camera not that my mother in law will be using that .Very happy with this phone and i can't say enough about this ideal for an elderly person or even a spare back up phonePS: The model I bought was the flip phone

My Moms found it a little difficult memory not good. Camera not focusing.

I purchased this phone for my Mum - who is 90 - as it was supposedly easy to use but it was not. I put it on to charge yesterday and the screen has now stopped working - there are a load of symbols on it but it keeps beeping when you try to reset. As a result it is unusable and I have had to arrange a different one for her use. Not happy but at the price and in the current climate as we are both isolating I do not feel able to return it and will just put the purchase down to experience.

It is easy to use and the large buttons are great for anyone with stiff fingers . The screen is clear and easy to read. I do not use the phone often at all , mostly for texting and find the battery does not hold the charge as long as my previous phone which was a Nokia . The phone did not come with a stand for charging although the picture does show a stand for charging. The phone needs a charge every 3 days to ensure the battery remains reasonably full. I have been tempted to return the phone for that reason several times however it does have several features that I like. Overall the phone does what it says but the battery life is an issue.

I bought this for my 86 year old Mum who wanted a phone with pictures on but no internet. She has a lot of grand and great children and wants to show off to her friends. Although the taking of pictures isn't brilliant I blue toothed her a selection of family pictures that are really clear. She is very happy with the size of the buttons and the flip feature.

Not fit for purpose really. The ringing is not loud enough nor the vibration enough to feel it inside a pocket.The build quality is lower than medium I would say. Feels cheap and unreliable. Had to return it. No issues with the refund .

This phone is great for elderly people, I bought this for my mum who only makes calls. Big and clear buttons
