Very basic and limited functionality
Very poor interface and you cant mount it to the ceiling because the usb cable sticks straight out. Would need some sort of L adaptor. No sound and unable to be used as IP camera.

Camera angle is too narrow.
This camera is no good. The angle too small to capture any area. Also, there is no way to adjust the angle in order for it make it work.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is the best smoke alarm spycam at this price. The camera included two sets of instructions. One complicated one in broken English and a second 1-pag6e manual in perfect English that was very easy to follow.Hardest part of install is putting in the SD card. BE CAREFUL when your taking it apart, if you just pull the back off you can break these two little wires that go to the battery (shown in video).I can connect to this camera from anywhere using my cellphone and take pictures. For under $70, it is also a wifi router/repeater (tested).Setup is easy if you have ever set up an ip cam. If this is your first time the 1-page manual makes it easy and step-by-step.There are better smoke alarm nanny cams available but they also cost 3x as much. Good bang-for-the-buck.5 star creeper award :(

Do Not Buy This Piece Of Junk!!!
I bought two of these for when I am away to keep an eye on my pets and home. Do not waste your money on these. They are garbage. I could not even set either one of these up because the QR code you need to scan to set up on computer and iPhone is fake. It does not recognize either QR code. Neither does my iPhone. It says the code is not valid. Threw them both in the trash. Money down the drain.
