A great restaurant.
Greatest meal of my life! Amazing. Made reservations a year in advance, flew to Madrid . Drove north through Ribera del Duero and Rioja. Basque country beautiful. This book is a reminder of the experience and a good cookbook. You can work your way through it and experience cooking at another level. BUY IT.

Great book brother didn’t use it
It’s a great book with such great recipes but my chef of a brother didn’t use it. Facepalm moment of why he asked for it for Christmas
