Worked without any problem.It is as simple as plug & play.However, you need to log in into google so that you can download apps from play store.Have used the product for a few days now.Today got to know there is no blue tooth or 5 ghz wifi as per description.Remote is good.Asked seller to give correct model.Waiting for Response from seller.For study apps or similar apps suggest a wireless mouse & keyboard for ease of use.4 Star for seller service provded they replace the model with one which was ordered.

First, the good stuff. As a media player, this is perfect. I have a 2TB disk filled with TV series and movies, and it plays all formats flawlessly and smoothly. The Alice UI is a breeze to use and customise. (I cannot figure out how to configure the library, but I don't need it as I have my files organised anyway, so I just go through the file folder)Now, the bad. I already had a media player that worked and the primary reason I bought this was as a backup to my FireTV stick, since those are very unreliable and I'm on my 3rd stick in 3 years, which is ridiculous. I watch Netflix, Prime and Hotstar. I cannot use any of these on this box without an extra accessory.THIS IS NOT AN AndroidTV BOX; it is a TV Box that runs on Android. What this means is the apps are the same format as you get on your mobile/tablet. But unlike on a mobile/tablet, a TV is not a touchscreen, and the provided remote doesn't navigate to anything that is off the screen. And, with all 3 apps I mentioned, most of the content is off screen. It's basically unusable. Even if you do play something, you cannot pause using the provided remote. You will have to buy a separate keypad or air mouse remote for it to function. If this is being sold as a TV Box, it should be sold with a remote that actually allows it to function as one.HOTSTAR DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. Some premium content will play, others you will get an error msg saying content is not playable because the device is rooted. This is obvs some security setting on the Hotstar app, and not the fault of the box itself, but seller/brand info is misleading as it says it is compatible with Hotstar, and it is not.NO HD. You won't get HD playback on most apps.Bottom line: If you're looking for a media player to play your downloaded content, go for it. If you're looking for a TV Box, look elsewhere.

Not a great multimedia setup.. described so many things about this in their own feeds but total garbage...No full 4k suppourt always lagging..Even small games also gets hangsNo bluetooth spprt...Also cant create new playstore id using this device u need to create from mobile and sign in this device...Alway laging after 40 45min of usage...No dts audio support...i m not recommending this for performance just a tv box thats it..Very good customer support thts the only one gooe thing regarding this...Returning..

Hot star subscription of premium content does not play on this device. It shows "this device us not rooted ".. I don't know what it means and don't have a clue what to do next

Don't buy, it's not at all good, don't waste your money.

It doesn't have the option to scroll and select through all the movies or shows in an app like NETFLIX, HOTSTAR, in its remote. I had to purchase a small keyboard to do the scrolling.
