Works very well. I called the vendor directly - they were great, by the way. Amazon shipped; however, the product came from a 3rd party. Recommend them highly. This adapter is superior to anything I've had before. It is light, easy to carry, and far works efficiently. Fast charge and it is simple, common sense device.I've used several different kinds, all of which were very heavy and quite cumbersome. Kissing a couple of frogs to find the prince. This is a good one, appreciate the added plug for multiple devices. Thanks - great delivery, no problems.

One in the house and one on 12v in the rv.
These work great. I have had one for a couple years in the house. Got the second one for 12v in the rv.

Edited review
We have had this item for almost a year and it is working properly. I did give it a 1 star at first but i had to edit my review for it turned out to be good. It is still working great and it charges properly. It can even be plugged on the go using a cigarette lighter in the car.

Nikon Coolpix L840 camera battery (x4) replacement or substitute?
Seem like quality, however just received. Comes with a car charger and an European outlet plug adapter. Worked with my Nikon Coolpix L840 camera, the sole purpose of my purchase. I did change the battery type to Ni-MH in the camera menu. It has the following options: LR6 Alkaline, Coolpix (Ni-MH), or FR6 Lithium to select from. It will only use Ni-MH 2 type, not the Ni-MH 1 type. You supposedly need to get a 4pk kind also. They need to be charged at the same time. Someone with better knowledge of batteries might be able to elaborate or debunk this [Nikon] claim. Very selective of the useable battery kinds it will accept. Needed around 2950-3100 mAH, or at least 2300 mAH or higher output. If they turn out to last, then would upgrade to 5 stars for review. $20 instead of the OEM $50 Nikon Coolpix brand does seem agreeable, and the OEM ones seem to be out of stock most everywhere [probable due to Christmas]. Shall see what the future holds. Do you get what you pay for? or is it a deal?

It's not working.
I plugged it in over a week ago because I was anticipating receiving my 16GB memory cards this coming week. In the instructions it says to plug the unit into the wall and when it's fully charged the green lights will go off. They are still on which means that they are not charged. I would like to return them for another unit. Note: the wall socket is fully functional.

It is working well, but the directions were not correct. It said the light would go out. However, the light changes color. I found that out by posting a question regarding the lights. Otherwise, no problem.
