I LOVE THIS BOARD! It comes with a pump; only takes 10-15 minutes to pump up each time (which is kinda like a fun little warm-up) it's long and kinda heavy/awkward to maneuver out of the water (I'm a 5'3" woman) but once in the water, she's perfect! It's a little wider than other boards I've used and feels more stable. I love the yoga surface covering the whole top. I feel like I have plenty of space to spread out and practice. The paddle works great. You can get moving pretty fast if you want to. Also easy to steer once you get the hang of it. When you're finished, deflating is as easy as pushing a button. Then it rolls up and fits in a backpack with the pump, fin, paddle, and a patch kit. I think it's about 40lbs but once it's on your back it's easy to carry. If you're looking for a good SUP for yoga, definitely consider this one.
