Zhou MCT Oil Ketogenic Fuel | Quick Clean Energy for Body & Mind | 16 Fl Oz

When I first started taking this MCT oil, I experienced some stomach discomfort. I have previously taken Zhou MCT Oil Powder and never experienced any stomach issues. I cut the recommended dosage in half the next day and did have any problems. I have been gradually increasing the amount to the full dosage of 1 tablespoon. It has been two days now since I have been taking the full dosage and have not noticed any stomach discomfort at all. It may be better to start with a lower dosage and gradually work your way up to the full dosage for some people.I started using this oil by putting it in my coffee. It created and "oil slick" effect which I do not get from the powder. The oil seemed to give me more of an energy boost than the powder and curbed hunger cravings until lunch. Throughout the week I experimented using the MCT oil in things other than coffee. It worked really well as an addition to salad dressing. Also, by using it at lunchtime instead of breakfast, I avoided the after lunch crash that I normally experience and had more mental clarity in the afternoon.In summary, I think the MCT oil works better than the powder, but I just do not like the "oil slick" effect in my coffee. It works great as an addition to salad dressing. In the future, I think I will stick to the powder in my coffee and add the oil to my salads in the afternoon. Using it that way seems to spread out the good effects of the MCT oil throughout the day without any side effects. The price of the Zhou MCT Oil is very reasonable and affordable to someone who wants to take this on regular basis.

This product is awesome! I had previously been using a liquid mct, but it was causing some stomach/digestive irritation so I switched to powder. I was hesitant to give the liquid version a try again, but I am so glad I did!This blends into items very well! I use a little hand held mixer and add this to my morning coffee each morning and I can definitely tell a difference in my energy level. I feel like I don’t need more coffee to stay clear headed after a few hours which was what I always did before.It has no flavor when blended into items, which makes it great. I like that it is an easy way to add additional healthy fat. I will definitely buy it again!

I have been adding this to my coffee. As of today I have had no bad side affects. I tried an oil last month and it made me nauseous. That is not the case with this one. It truly has no flavor to it and I have tried it in my shrimp scampi with no bad side effects. Over all its a good product.I wanted it for a metabolism boost but so far have not noticed anything extraordinary. Not to say I won't but right now not so much.

although i prefer BP’s pure C8 version for energy and clearing up my AM brain fogs if needed, i like using a mixture of C8 & C10 since my gut needs that benefit of a MCT oil too. This brand is my 3rd favorite of all i have tried when it comes to taste, price and how it dissolves into my coffee and stays that way however this brand is technically my second favorite (first the BP brand) because of this “we use only the highest-quality ingredients in an FDA certified facility following GMP (good manufacturing practices). Plus, we test everything at our lab in Utah,”.. the other non-BP brand is made in Singapore and bottled here and i don’t know something with this brand here actually testing the quality of the MCT, which i gather they import as well, makes me feel better about ingesting it almost everyday so i may end up switching to this brand for good when i run out of it and the other..

I've tried and reviewed several different brands of MCT oils and this one is as good as all the others. I've never found a bad one. It tastes like I expect it too (not really good but not gagging either), and it floats on top of my coffee like they all do. I've been adding a tablespoon of MCT oil to my morning coffee for about two years and feel it helps in maintaining good health and clarity of mind.

I love this stuff! It is a liquid subdtance that works great if you are on a Keto diet. It provides a boost of lasting (very natural) energy and assists with metabolism. This doesn’t have a taste at all. I add it to my coffee and also to salad dressing. You can add it to anything though. This is a must have product if you are on a Keto diet. This bottle is huge, which is good because you will go through this stuff quick. Very happy and will purchase this specific brand again!

Blends well. No coconut flavor. Light feel to the oil. Goes well in coffee. Seems to give energy like additional butter in coffee.Did not notice a mental sharpness improvement compared with using pasture butter. Or compared to virgin coconut oil.Prefer butter. Tastes richer. Combined with butter, good in coffee or cocoa.Seems to separate less than virgin coconut oil does in hot drinks.Not sure if I will reorder.
