I had never tried to adjust my diet using the pH of my urine before as an indicator to how my body was functioning and what I should cut out & what I should add in. I also bought the Acid and Alkaline Food guide. I ended up having a neutral reading for 2 weeks, which I was surprised about, but I have been thinking I want to start testing myself again as the seasons change and my stress levels go up.

Works but requires special handling
Need to keep it dry at all times. I use it for quick PH readings on hydrponics. A digital PH meter is more accurate and is 10 times more fast.
