Bad Day Eraser
Quite the value for your dollar. There is a tracker that you do every day to chart your progress. There are four different "games" so you don't get bored. Grow your own chi can be almost hypnotic and I usually start laughing around level 20. You also get to pick the age of the people in the game so it more closely matches the people you see every day.The only con might be if you get frustrated easily and give up. I really enjoy this game.

clever "game"
This is an interesting product ... it is designed to get you to be attentive to smiling faces instead of angry or frowning faces, and likewise to words about you and your life as opposed to other words. The goal being to boost mood and self-confidence.Personally, I could do without the mood tracker (which it wants you to fill out repeatedly, to track your mood). I just enjoy the games :)Would be nice if there were more games or more variety, but I have to admit I'm surprised at how much I still like just doing it. It does seem to get me to look more for smiles in others, which I would think could only be beneficial.

Improves outlook
It improves outlook. A fair game. I like the fact that it installs on the PC such that you don't need the CD again once installed.

lacking
This game did not do what it says, the games are repetitive and lack challenge. Sorry I purchased this product.

Awful!
This game is truly awful, with ghastly cheap Muzak on the soundtrack and the ugliest and cheesiest graphics I've ever seen. The scientists behind this research must be sorely disappointed they licensed it to such a putz. Do not buy! I like the science but it's way too ugly and badly designed to play. Bigtime fail.
