I deliberated for a while before I ordered this product - as there were so many from which to choose. But I can say I'm glad I chose this one at the end of the day, as I absolutely love this product. Firstly, the ice packs aren't small. They're a good size, and encompass the entire dimensions of the case. This was a determining factor on why I chose this one.There are 2 pockets for the packs in the case - one on top and one on the bottom - and each pocket holds 2 ice packs. As a result, your content is essentially surrounded by ice.Secondly, even with these 4 good size and effective ice packs, there's plenty of room for what I need to carry in the case - and I imagine what you need to carry as well. The first time I used it, at the end of the night, the ice packs were as hard - and cold - as when I'd left my house - and that was several hours later - and needless to say, my content was cold as well. I've used it a few times since - every time with the same result.And then there's the price - very reasonable. Don't tell the seller, but I'd have been willing to pay more if I'd known how pleased I'd be with it.I highly recommend this product. I deliberated for hours on which product to get so you wouldn't have to. You're welcome. lol. But seriously, I recommend this product highly. Two thumbs up and five stars.

Perfect size for Trulicity and Tresciba pens. Keeps medications cold even on hot days with provided ice packs. Great for travel and seems well constructed. DON'T HESITATE TO PURCHASE.

I used it on an 21 hour flight across the continent from America to Asia. I was concerned if it would keep my injections cool enough. Fortunately, I did not have to open it anywhere, so the coolness stayed and brought my products safely to my destination and immediately into the fridge. I always had it in my hand luggage so I wouldn't ever lose it. The plane is kept cold so that helps. There is always the option of getting ice and filling it or asking to put your ice gel packs in a freezer for you, which usually the airlines may not do. However, it is not a medicine so they may do it. Who knows? I didn't try. I love this product and I am so glad to have it to transport my injections.

Good product. Kept the insulin pens and vials cold which was a great thing for being on long flights. Only downside to the bag was we couldn’t fit a lot of supplies in there with ice packs and insulin and the middle pocket.We ended up removing the middle pocket and just used it for insulin only and packed our supplies in a different bag.Other than that great bag.

This is an answer to overnight travel. Roomy and packed two insulin pens and one vial. Could have put another vial or two(snuggly though). Two ice packs lasted close to 24 hours. The insulin was really kept cooler but four many make it last more time but I feel it would be too cold. Easy to pack, has strap, includes four gel packs it’s a comfort to be in 100 degree weather and know you can leave your stuff in car to enjoy s meal in the riad

Also great for fertility meds. Kept cool for the 5 hours I needed (ice packs were still frozen solid!), looks discreet, sturdy construction.

This case is a little larger than I would have liked, but definitely roomy enough to hold supplies needed for my husband's insulin regime. Separate case for the insulin pens giving extra padding/insulation. Have not had the opportunity to use yet, so cannot rate cooling aspects of the case.

I used this for fish oil pills and my probiotic that has to be kept cold. I took it on a 10 hour journey and it keeps all of the pills cold. Passed through TSA without much of an issue (they took it out of my bag and looked at it but said it was fine)
