So far so good. I've had neck pain this year that has me going to a chiropractor to get my neck realigned. My pillow was not helping. I tried this pillow out after comparing similar pillows on Amazon and this one was a little bit cheaper. It's been great. The cover is very soft and doesn't leave lines on my face. I think I've had it a little too stuffed as a side sleepers so I removed some of it last night before bed and it seems to be perfect now. It sinks just enough so that my face isn't smooshed but yet its soft. No neck pain when I wake up either. I don't regret my decision.

Is it because I'm getting older, or have I turned into the princess and the pea? Never before have I experienced such a difficult time searching for a comfortable pillow to sleep on. Be that as it may, here I am. I've moved on from the conventional pillows and purchased countless unsatisfying memory foam pillows. Ask my wife she's convinced I'm out of my mind. Each time thinking 'this is the right one!'. However, before long I'd notice like the rest, an hour or two into my sleep it would compress to a firmness not unlike a rock. At least that's how it would feel against my ear (I'm a side sleeper). A relative of mine did introduce me to the other popular shredded material brand, but it felt too lumpy. Not my idea of a good night's sleep. So after waking up yet again with a blood red ear, I decided to surf through Amazon's selection and based on the description and on some very detailed positive reviews I purchased this beauty. And boy am I glad I did! Now mind you I did wait over a week before deciding to post this review despite the fact I was ready to jump out of bed and do so the first night. And let me tell you, this pillow brought me back to my childhood years. My head just sinks in to a very comfortable level and gentle firmness. Had I not been punished by my other pillows, I would have just taken it for granted and just enjoyed a good night's sleep, but I knew better. This pillow is far superior to the others. Simple concept, materials (no not the finest goose down) and craftsmanship and nothing but pure comfort! It came in a relatively small box flattened out and rolled up. It did take an hour or so for it to fully decompress, so don't be alarmed it will fluff up. They even provide additional material to stuff the pillow with, but I didn't find it necessary, but I'll hold on to it non-the-less it may come in handy later on. So for you side sleepers I highly recommend it. For everyone else, although I haven't experimented with this method, apparently since the material inside is shredded you can displace it and adjust the levels to your needs. And as I mentioned since you can add to it, you can certainly remove some of the material if need be. Sweet dreams!

UPDATED: Customer service is fantastic. They contacted me after they saw my original 3 star review and worked with me to find a solution. They ended up giving me a refund in exchange for changing the review to 5 stars. I did not ask for one, but they went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one!Original review: The pillow is too hard for me, even after adjusting the amount of memory foam. I can't fault the manufacturer though because I think it's just me.

This pillow is both firm and soft. It's a great perk that they give you extra shredded foam to make it firmer if you want, or you can remove some to make it softer. However, I was never able to find a perfect amount of foam. I also found it hard to get it to conform for my neck without raising my head too much. I use it to prop myself up in bed to read, and it is good for that, but I don't find it comfortable to sleep on.

I have had neck problems for years and I have had trouble finding a pillow that supports my head but isn't too high. This pillow has been perfect for my problem. First of all its memory foam, so it is firm yet soft and malleable. They also give you the ability to change out the amount of foam in the pillow so it is completely customizable. There is a zipper on the side and they send you some extra foam so you can make it exactly the height that is good for your neck to make it neutral. I ended up adding some foam and now I have been waking up without neck pain.

I like the adjustability to this pillow, the fact that it comes with extra shredded foam is helpful. I did air my pillow out for a full 24 hours before use to make sure the smell was completely gone. This pillow can flatten out a bit if in bed for a long time, or if you're a stomach sleeper. To combat this, I suggest fluffing it regularly. Overall a good pillow, but I would not pay full price for it. I got mine on the black Friday flash deal. For the low price I paid, definitely worth it. I ordered a second also!

I love this pillow! It is so soft and comfortable. They even include extra foam in a bag so that you can add or remove foam to your liking to give you the support that you need. The pillow smelled pretty weird for a while, so I had to let it air out for quite a few days, but I am very pleased with this purchase and the quality of the product!

I really love it!! It’s bigger an it’s hard to find the queen memory foam pillows!! I have had neck surgery so I need the support!! Will buy another soon!! Wonderful Product!!!
