Rawlings Heritage Collection Leather Backpack (Brown, 15")

Been looking for a quality everyday leather backpack that looked good, on the smaller side, and wasn't too expensive for years. Eventually stumbled across this Rawlings backpack. Had it about 6 months now and it's working out perfectly for what i need. It looks great, is very sturdy, and has plenty of compartments for all my stuff. The only thing i'd change is i'd add a zipper to the inside pocket, but i can live without it. This is probably the best daily use backpack i've ever owned. Loved it so much i bought the larger version for travel purposes. Haven't used that one yet, but seems just as attractive, practical and well-made as this one. Highly recommended.

The leather, the liner, and the construction all seem very nice. As others have pointed the distressed look of the photo does not represent the backpack I received but I did not find that objectionable at all. I would say however that describing the size as medium seems a bit generous to me. Since the dimensions are given I don't suggest that there was any misrepresentation however I would definitely describe this as a small backpack. At 4 inches of depth a pair of jeans, a shirt, underwear, and a few small items will fill the main compartment. For daily use I find it useful, but don't expect any more than a single change of clothes to fit if you plan to use it as an overnighter.

Love the old style heavy metal zippers. Great for school and carrying small laptop with books. Extra pockets for extras and water bottle in side pockets.

I love this backpack but it came with some serious defects. I’m not talking in the leather or color, those are beautiful. The backpacks front pocket itself is incorrectly stitched making it sag and not line up correctly. I love the bag but I’m bummed that it’s not amazing quality in the production.

Sturdy and i love the large compartment with the pockets . Use it more like a briefcase or purse type thing! It goes everywhere with me!

I feel like I hit the jackpot with this bag. I've been looking for a nice leather bag for a while but there was nothing that caught my eye. Then I found this one and its perfect, just the right size for me. I love the vintage look as well. My only problem with the bag is I would've like some more individual pockets inside instead of the 2 larger ones. Also after a few weeks of use, the stiching on the inside ripped but nothing major so keep that in mind.
