Leak free and superior to other models thanks to the innovative NPTF thread
Beautifully machined, no leaks, works perfectly to connect standard shower head to a garden hose. Includes washer and has NPTF thread, so it's leak free without PTFE "teflon" tape.I had a hose wand with a tip that failed. I noticed the tip used a standard hose connector, so I used this to attach a shower head to replace the tip. It works very well. The GHT (Garden Hose Thread) end has a washer to stop leaking, the other end has an NPTF thread which I prefer over a standard NPT. A NPT requires PTFE "Teflon" Tape or another sealant to produce a leak free connection, an NPTF thread will be a tighter fit that's leak free.

Good design, attractive brass/gold color
Works fine, is bright and shiny like the picture. Good to have the rubber washer so that the fitting seals. I have seen some with no washer, relying on the threads to stop the water. That would not work unless a lot of teflon tap was used. This one works well.I use mine for a shower valve connected to a hose bib. Matches well with brass and gold fittings. Solidly made and no leaks.

Solid brass design
Solid brass design. I use this on a basement tub faucet where the faucet is threaded on outside. Allows me to attach various fixtures to faucet tub. Works perfect, exactly as intended.

Functional but one solid piece
I bought this product to hook a hose up to a homemade sprinkler/mister. The adapter worked for the intended purpose. It is one solid piece so if doesn't spin. That makes it a little harder to attach the hose. Other than that, it is a good product.

Fix for broken Orbit 7800-sq ft Impulse Sled Lawn Sprinkler
Had several of these sprinklers and all the inlets failed after 1 year due to thin pot metal construction and dissimilar metals. Removal of the old inlet can be a challenge because of corrosion and the thinness of the metal. The inside of the inlet had a fairly large hex recess too big for most Allen wench sets. I found an old bolt that fit (not sure what size) and used a pair of vice grips and a bench vise. Be sure to soak in PB Blaster for a couple days or it the inlet pipe or sprinkler body will break. If it does, you can gently chisel it out with a small screwdriver. One of mine crumbled into little bits after just a few hits. Keep in mind that the sprinkler body is also thin pot metal. The new one wont spin since its a single solid piece of brass so you'll need to spin the sprinkler onto the hose.

Brass fitting adapter (garden hose to shower hose)
Ok. Item came quickly and as described; so recommended seller. I used this adapter to fit my RV coiled garden hose end to my Camco brand RV/Marine shower kit hose. Seems to have fit just right. Now I can put the shower head suction cup on the RV wall, and mount the shower head to that, instead of just using the gun water nozzle that came with the garden hose.

Good Threads and Solid Construction
I like that you can find this online without going to the big box store or being hassled at a plumbing shop. Solid construction with good threads. I use this to help drain the water out of my trailer’s fresh water tank in conjunction with a 1/2” pex ball valve.
