Avoid this product! Cheap construction and not durable
Do not purchase this product! We chose this chair over Polywood ones for the described texture and it’s reclinability feature. To the touch, the material does have a nice texture to it, but the material overall is light and thin, not sturdy, and it flexes and creaks and groans loudly every time someone sits on it which does not inspire confidence or comfort. Compares to Polywood products which feel sturdy, we had durability concerns about this product right out of the box, and unfortunately this concerns were real. We bought two chairs, and within 3 months of light summertime use, both have cracked at structural points, and are irreparably broken/unusable but this occurs outside of the return window. This is a massively overpriced product for the quality, even if it hadn't broken so quickly, and given that it did, is totally unacceptable. An inferior product from the moment itcame out of the box and a ton of money down the drain.

Adirondack chair
I am not happy with this chair. I had it for 4 months and it broke. It should have been better quality than what they are. You only get 30 days and if it brakes your on your own. THE QUALITY IS NOT THERE.

Defective product and non-existent customer service
We had this chair for only a year, and had only used it infrequently, before the slats started cracking. To-date, three have cracked. It does not appear to even be related to use. It just happens. Sun/heat-related perhaps? (We’re in Ohio though not Death Valley!) This was disappointing enough, but to add insult to injury the company has no customer service; no customer communication, even. I cannot find a telephone number for them on their website or Amazon or the wider internet. I have emailed twice in the last three months or so via their online contact form and not had a response. I think that speaks volumes. Amazon, please vet your retailers to ensure they are professional before encouraging your customers to hand over their cash. It should be a basic requirement that the companies you represent can be contacted on the telephone about any issues. I should also add that there was an issue with the chair on arrival - a piece that holds the slider ottoman had come away - but we chose to reglue rather than have the hassle of repacking and returning such a bulky item. We regret that now.

Maintenance free chair
We had Polywood chairs prior. Although the polywood is nice, it’s slippery. The polyteak is a great alternative. Easy to assemble. They seem sturdy. Purchased 4 and plan to purchase more. The instructions are not great. 1 chair arrived damaged and manufacturer recommended I return to amazon.

This Chair is Worth Every Penny!
This is a great chair. It is very sturdy and was super easy to assemble (8 screws). It took longer to unbox then it did to put it together. This is a high density plastic and I would recommend these chairs to everyone. I really like the built in pull out foot rest and to be able to adjust the back. It even folds up for storage.

Nice chairs
We ordered 2. One of them was damaged so we sent it back. We received the replacement very quickly. Unfortunately, it had a couple of chunks out of some boards. We needed the chair for our pool party so we kept it. Hubby is planning to put epoxy to fix it. Otherwise, nice and comfortable. Great price.

I think I put the bolts in too tight
I may have put the fastening devices in too tight. I cannot adjust the chair into the first notch so that I can sit more upright. I have not tried to loosen the screws yet. I am hoping that this fixes the problem.

Nice looking chairs.
I gave these chairs a poor review initially, but once I got them together they look very nice. I still say that the assembly instructions are very poor and that the screws on the arms could be longer, but I was called immediately the next day by a Polyteak representative to rectify the situation.
