Nicely built water stone but it didn't seem to produce anymore bubbles than a regular air stone but it does seem like it will last longer... Heavy duty for sure!

This thing really puts out the bubbles. I am amazed. And it comes with cleaning instructions!

So, bought 2 of these, and unit the description, they came with ZERO documentation on proper set up and maintenance, and there are large holes in each one which have been sealed up with some sort of silicon or similar material. I do not see these holes pictured in any of the other bubblemac stones, leading me to believe I may have defective items. Hard to say, when NOTHING in the way of documentation is provided. Explain this, and I'll change my rating accordingly, but my first impressions for over $50 for a pair of air stones is that this company is pretty sloppy.
