Had mold on it
Arrived with mold that was unremovable. Took a long to received and then was sent right back.

If your dog is smart they are great
Dog is afraid of them...so it’s kind of a weird wash. They do stay cool and would help him so much if he wasn’t such an awkward little dude and knew what was good for him.

Too heavy
The material is very good, but it is very heavy . Compare to what you can find in pet stores is super heavy, but of course the price is much cheaper than those.

Works.
No mold. Works well. It is heavy. It is a large mat filled with gel. But I’m not moving it around a whole lot. My dog uses it as needed with no issues.
