Please do not buy this productWe bought this back in June and this morning (27th November) we woke up to a sizzling noise and sparks flying everywhereHouse filled with smoke, thankfully managed to disconnect it from charge (with burning my hand in the process) before it went onto a full blown fire(The case had been on charge for less than an hour)This is with a 12 month old baby in the house tooIt has damaged the phone, the chest of drawers it was on, the carpet, the curtains (from all the sparks flying everywhere) and my sons peekaboo elephant and teepee (again from all the sparks that were flying everywhere)29/01/2020Seller is silent on this issue and we are left surprised that this product is still being sold

This case does exactly what I bought it to do. It charges my phone when I need it to and I simply place it onto my wireless charging pad to charge both items up. I also have a wireless charger, phone mount in the car so hopefully never a flat battery.9/8/19 further comments.It has become apparent that when on any sort of wireless charging pad, the phone continually sounds an alarm and the screen lights up with a “battery full” alert. This lights up the room and is a disturbance while sleeping but when driving is downright dangerous as it’s a total distaction and at night interferes with vision through the windscreen. If I knew how, I would contact the seller to ask if this is a fault as Apple are adamant that the problem is caused by the case and not the phone.30/8/19.After several attempts and emails to the seller I have not been given any sort of answer as to whether my case has a fault or there is a basic design flaw with the case causing it to continually give a battery full alarm.The seller has gone silent and has not attempted to resolve this so I have been forced to contact Amazon who have immediately offered me a full refund , which I intend to accept.The idea is a great one and the case otherwise works fine but I can’t put up with the thing lighting up the room or the car every few seconds and the seller doesn’t appear to have any intention of trying to resolve this.Shame.

This iPhone wireless QI charging case is not very efficient as a wireless charger. The phone case position is very critical to effect a wireless charging mode. Also when I connect it to my certified data / charge cable ,A message on my phone tells me that "this accessory is not certified and may not work" it doesn't so will not charge either the case or my phone. basically useless. I tried several cables and all failed though the cables work perfectly when connected Derect to my iPhone 7. So returning for a refund.

Brought this for my son for Christmas and it all started so well it charged up ok fits his phone perfectly and continued to charge until something happened now the cover is no longer recognised and the only way to get the case to work is to press the button on the back which now prompts device unrecognised message on the front of the phone.So at the moment its consigned to the things that don't work drawer.Shame really

Was hoping to find a larger battery capacity, but this was the biggest I could find.Even so, it keeps my phone charged for well over a day or two...and I play some battery-draining games...Nice size - slimmer than expected.Great addition to my phone.Qi was what I was looking for.Could be a higher capacity battery, but fulfills my needs.Case is very protective, after dropping my phone several times 🤦🏻‍♂️

Does take an eternity to charge both phone and case. I've had to resort to charging them separately if they both go flat.Also wont cable charge, says accessory not supported. But is ok wirelessly. Which is why I got it anywayUpdate. Now wont charge at all and having to remove phone from case to charge case and phone fully has now resulted in a damaged phone charge port. Needing professional repair.Avoid this product

This is the second time I’ve bought this power case for my iPhone 7. The first one I had for about 2 or 3 years. Then the other day I dropped my phone on a hard surface. Since then the power case will not charge the phone.I had no hesitation in buying another one to replace the dropped/broken one. The case enables the phone and the case to be charged at the same time. The case will recharge my iPhone 7 about one and a half times. That is my old case which was 3000mh the new one is 3800mh, so should be a bit better.

Bought two, one still working after a few months, one not. On inspection, the internal ribbon connector - which flexes when the phone is inserted or removed - had been damaged by trapping or friction with the circuit board above.Product is ok, maybe a fragile specimen or maybe a product defect...I have tested the battery on the faulty unit and it is still in good condition, just can't be repaired.
