Great text book at a great price

very good material, the only problem no color pictures but for the rest easy to read and follow

use almost daily designing parts at work

Good book

I bought this book for engineering graphics class. Did great in the class no help to this book. I bought the Kindle version which did not have traditional page numbers to flip to. Instructions for lab exercises were not easy to follow. If not translated from a different language, then whomever wrote this book did not take a technical writing class. Everyone in class griped about this book for the same reason but it was mandatory for the class.

Similar to other reviewers, I had to purchase this book for a Graphical Communications and CAD course at my university. This book was required; we had to build parts out of it.It is reasonably well-written, but otherwise unremarkable.There's not much impressive to say about this book - it is a book on introductory CAD. It goes at an extremely slow pace, to the point that it loses its concepts entirely in the noise. If you're completely new to CAD, you may find it useful for the descriptions of the basic operations and behaviors. Otherwise, this book really only suffices as a reservoir of exercises, and you're far better off finding a different book on the subject or using Dassault Systemes' own resources.

Texto simples, fácil de entender e abranges muitos itens do software. Bom para quem quer entender os pacotes básicos do CATIA para utilização no desenvolvimento de novos produtos.
