Wow, Took My By Surprise....
From the snippets, this CD did not sound up to par with the average (if I can say average) Esham release. Come to think, not one sounds like the other, but I was not impressed before I ordered this CD. I just played it from front to back and have to say this is an incredible release from the Detroit Legend. It has the "Mail Dominance" feel to the CD, very different. Beats and lyrics are insane. If you are a Esham fan, buy this.I give it a 9 out of 10.Great effort, please keep them coming Esham.

Rest In Peace TNT
Creative packaging & one of the best Esham CD's available. Features Danny Brown on the title track, and has alot of different production styles that led to Venus Flytrap.

Another Masterpiece
Another classic by the Godfather of the wicked s***/acidrap/horrorcore. Still bumping this CD every other day a year later. Uncut dope on wax. Well worth the buy if you're a Esham fan/suicidalist.

Either I'm insane or really a genius
As of July 7, 2011, DMT Sessions is one of the best albums of the year. If you follow Esham, it's well known that no album of his sounds like the last. This is absolutely the case with DMT Sessions which is light years away from 2010's hard rock heavy, "Suspended Animation". This album features a lot of dubstep/dnb sounds which means if you like hard hitting, bass heavy beats, you will probably be a fan. Conceptually, it sounds like Esham is his own psychiatrist self medicating while making these songs and taking each drug on the track listing. Many of the tracks have 2 or 3 different beats and rhyme schemes blended into one cohesive arrangement. Crazy, but it works and keeps you guessing while wanting more. There is no song suitable for radio except for maybe "ooohhhweee" and even that is probably to provocative for the FM dial. Track number 2 with Danny Brown takes it back to traditional Esham cop killing mode with both emcees spitting some of the best braggadocio drug rhymes of their respective careers. "Jack3d" and "Psilocybin" are both standouts with two of the best beats on the album and Esham rhyming with rabid Rottweiler ferocity. "Skrewberry Kush" and "Clonazepam" are more laid back with the latter being a crafty metaphorical exercise with drug references hidden as different types of cookies. Esham probably had the munchies when he wrote it. "Codeine Phosphate" may very well be the albums most catchy song with it's undeniable chorus but "Valhalla Rising" is probably my personal favorite. Esham just keeps it too raw.In conclusion, if you're looking for some new music that bangs ridiculous and sounds like nothing you've heard before, listen to DMT Sessions. By far one of the best rap releases of the year so far.

Rip it to your phone
Great album, CD material is questionable. Skips a lot in my CD player. Almost unlistenable. But, it's a great album, packaging is beat, just annoyed with a brand new CD that skips.

Particulier...........
