If looking for both height & softness it's a total waste.While you placed on your shoes it will be 5cm, while walking to goes to 3cm like walking on sponges.It's totally uncomfortable and started to get pain. waste of money try them on local for very cheap

Good but costlyProblem1.within 15 days the 1 air compressed tube leaked....but i have replaced it with the 2nd layer..i cut the 2nd layer according to the size..& put it in place of compressed tude's groove2.could have better if it was long same as shoes sole..
