Great for the price
Great for the price.I have plantar faciatis and heel spurs on both feet.I feel young again after years of pain and misery I can move around normally like everyone else.I can even exercise now with no consequence of pain.Who would have thought all it would take were these simple little cups.

Does the job
This was a good buy. Good for heel problems and plantars fasciitis. But this soft gel cup is better for a dressy shoe and for short periods of time. For longer hours and work boots buy the green ones. Their stronger and more durable. These fold a little to easy when putting your shoe on.

I prefer to wear socks when I have these in my shoes (they feel a bit funny otherwise).

They do slip around in my athletic shoes needing to be adjusted more frequently than I would like to.

Bone spur pain aid
I recently purchased these for my husband who is a truck driver and has chronic pain in both heels of his feet. Since using them he has had a greatly lowered pain level. This product is worth the price. Check it out.

These are okay at providing some relief and taking pressure off the heel. But bad for the price. Arrived quickly.

It helped relieve the pain but wasnt instant, its gets better everyday. They do push your foot/toes to the front of the shoe, so if you have tight fitting shoes your toes will probably hurt.
