Cool Jaw T-807 Econo Wraps are a great way to provide convenient, hands-free cold therapy for your patients in an economical manner. Our jaw wraps are ideal for immediate use following wisdom tooth removal, reconstructive jaw surgery and dental implants. The Econo Wrap is made from a poly blend fabric. It features one continuous jaw sleeve that wraps around the head. Before applying, patients slide the gel packs into the sleeve. This jaw ice wrap features two rows of Velcro at the top of the head for an adjustable, universal fit. Our Econo Wraps arrive with two cold packs per wrap.

I bought this product to use during recovery from wisdom ...
I bought this product to use during recovery from wisdom tooth extraction. The gel paks freeze rock solid and are NOT usable against your face or jaw if you are in pain. You need to use soft gel paks, these "gel paks" are not bendable when frozen and are not made of the correct material for any kind of post-surgical relief. You will have to purchase 4 soft gel paks separately or not buy this package. I used to have a Cool Jaw wrap that had two pockets that were perfect for the gel (real gel) paks to slide into (even if your patient is sleeping!). This product is one long tube sleeve, and it does NOT have two pockets (one on either side of your face) where the gel paks fit, so they just slide down and sit under your chin. This would be better for surgery under your chin. I asked for a refund because we really couldn't use this product. I wish I could find the one I used to have because it was perfect.

Great wrap for head but...
This wrap was exactly what I was looking for after mouth surgery. However, I was disappointed in the ice packs that came with it. They were advertised as gel packs so I thought they would be flexible when frozen. They froze solid and did not mold to my jaw. It hurt to have the solid ice pack against my jaw. I had one flexible ice pack of my own that I was able to fit into the pouch and it worked fine (I only needed ice on one side). Hopefully it will be fine when my son uses the wrap when he has his wisdom teeth out.

Worked like a charm!
This worked great after my recent wisdom teeth extraction. I was able to put it on as soon as I got home, and by getting extra cold packs I was able to keep my jaws iced for the rest of the day. It was comfortable, stayed on well, and kept the swelling to a minimum. Well worth buying a specialty product that I'll likely use only once.
