Good for the feet

The foot and massage roller was really easy to you and has really helped. It's made a great difference and I find my calves are not getting as tight because my feet are being massaged regularly. Its very sturdy. The two plastic balls take a little getting used to and they are quite hard and plastic and not malleable which can be a bit tough on the skin. Overall though very pleased.

Working outside as a gardener for over 40 years the constant wearing of steel toe capped/insoled workboots have taken their toll on my feet. Amongst niggling problems which I've learned to manage plantar fasciitis struck in late January. I kept working while trying every cure/alleviation official or otherwise with no great success. With covid19 and being furloughed I thought surely the rest will work . . . if anything got worse.I had already tried rolling underfoot various sized balls and a foam roller which had relieved a bit but not greatly so when I saw these balls and roller with massage nodules I thought why not. Well when they arrived I immediately tried the blue ball with medium firm nodules, slight strangely enjoyable pain at first then after a few minutes foot felt very relaxed and I gingerly tried walking on it, the pain was gone!Now the effect does wear off but after two weeks of using [at every spare moment] the effect lasts longer and the returning pain is becoming less and less. I can see light at the end of the tunnel.Obviously still wear the best footwear your money can buy to lessen recurrences but I would thoroughly recommend, just watch not wear out your carpet as you roll the ball under your foot!

Got this due to my feet aching from either standing up all day long or working all day long. Perfect to come home to and use and just roll along the base of your feet as you sit and relax or stand. Very durable material have been using for weeks and no issues at all. Heavy weight and strong does the job well worth it

Over priced.

Honestly never used this little treasure for myself, but what i realised is that the items must carry some sleep inducing prayers and herbs because when i massaged my sister, cousins and ma and they FELL ASLEEP. Idk if its my amazing skills as a masseuse or these lovely items, but my family loved it.Ps. Kinda sad how massage them all, but they dont massage be back with the same energyPps. My young sister likes pressure massage, i hope she doesnt have any chronic back pain problems. Bless :)Ppps. Take each day step by step, i know times get overwhelming but dont forget that YOU MATTER ;>

The spiky balls give awesome relief rolling one under each foot when sitting watching TV at end of a long day, as you can entirely control the pressure.Have also tried on my hamstrings which was good but harder to roll, as you effectively have to lift your bodyweight with your arms in simu. Not that effective on arms or neck.I found the roller a bit too soft to make enough muscle release impact - would have been better being a slightly longer length too.

Very easy to use and provides relief but there were no user instructions.? I didn’t know what the balls were for, so I very stupidly put them in the charity box and now I regret that decision very much. In my defence, they didn’t have the same texture or were of the same high top quality feel of the green foot roller. They just looked and felt like cheap hard plastic which could cause an injury.
