Ok but has issues
I kept it in the freezer at all times and had to remember to take it out, before I need it, to get it a little bit more pliable before I used it on my neck and shoulders. It’s kind of bulky and I had to wrap it in a towel and then hold onto the towel tightly with the towel to get it to stay close to my neck. Might be easier if there’s someway that you could tie it around your neck like I do my neck warmer before I do my exercises with it.

Not a good quality gel pack
I bought two of these for my husband after surgery. When I pull them out of the freezer, they are very stiff. The gel does not remain pliable which leads me to believe either there is water in this gel or the gel is sub par. Initial application is difficult because the product is stiff. I would not recommend buying these gel packs. I had a similar pack for about 5 years and never experienced problems like this.
