Great labels! Read for marker hint!
I highly recommend these stickers. They stick well but are also easy to remove which was my main criteria.As soon as I started labeling the jars I realized that a light touch smudged the chalkboard writing (all brands of markers I tried) and damp fingers completely removed the writing. Which is pretty hopeless for pantry jars and spice labels.Although I wanted labels I could easily change, I don’t want to be re-writing them every week or two.I came back to Amazon looking for a solution and discovered Sharpie white permanent paint markers.I decided OK the labels are removable so even though these markers are not erasable I can still peel the labels off and replace them if I want to switch labels.After making a couple of mistakes and discarding labels, I began to wonder what I could use to remove the writing from the labels so I didn’t have to throw my mistakes away.I then discovered nail polish remover quickly and easily removed the permanent marker from these vinyl chalkboard labels without damaging the labels themselves. Brilliant!!!These vinyl chalkboard stickers are a great investment and permanent paint markers work much better than chalkboard markers but give the same look (actually better in my opinion as the chalkboard markers were very washed out and patchy looking)Buy nail polish remover with no moisturizing oils added so there is no greasy residue left behind.Hope this helps someone on the same labeling journey as me!If this review has been helpful to you would you please click the helpful button?
