38G Breasts wont fit in this for long.
I am a size 38 G pre-pregnancy and have gained mostly cup size throughout - now in my 3rd Trimester I really needed a Maternity Bra. Still on the lookout for something perfect, this is quite tight for me and while not uncomfortable, really just wont work for much longer. However, if you are a bit smaller in the cup or bust you can probably get a lot out of this.

Shoulder straps cut and cause base-of-neck ache
The fit was as expected and the material was comfortable.Only problem I had was that the straps were too close to the neck and after wearing this for 6 hours, I'm having a neck ache.Hope this stretches out with time, or I may have to just give it away.

Seems like a good bra
I was a size L or XL prior to becoming pregnant. I tried following the chart to order a size. I think instead of an XL, I needed an XXL. I am hoping in a couple of months this will actually fit and be useful.

Cute, but not perfect
The back come up very high on the neck, and makes my neck sore after a few hours of wear during the day. I am very top heavy, so this may not be a problem for everyone. I am (well, WAS) a 34/36 E, and the large fits me as I expected it to.

Fabric rubs against back of neck
I had purchased another Lamaze bra and loved it, so I thought this was the same. It's not. This is a different style than the other crossover nursing bra. This one is also thin and the material is comfortable, however the cut of the back is so high that it rubs the back of my neck when I move my head. That is pretty uncomfortable. That's the only complaint I have, but it's a big one. I do love that it has no buckles or snaps or any other hardware to mess with. All you do is pull the fabric down on the side you want to nurse. Simple and convenient, but I returned this one due to the high back.

Comfortable day and night
I have lots of more expensive and fancier nursing bras, but I end up wearing this bra day and night because it is so comfortable. Although it doesn't have flaps or holes for nursing, I simply pull the fabric down and can easily nurse without removing the bra. They also hold up great. I am now on my second kid and am still using the bras that I had from nursing my daughter two years ago.My husband says this bra looks sexy. That's pretty impressive for a cotton nursing bra.

I thought I was getting the one with the lower ...
I thought I was getting the one with the lower back -- but no. And I agree with the others that mention that high back (with its seam edge) can irritate the back of your neck. The chest band is very thin and isn't able to anchor the bra very well. I won't buy again.

Not soft at all
I had ordered this one after getting the cotton spandex version (which was out of stock), but it's not the same. The back goes very high, practically up my neck, and the exposed elastic is irritating on my skin. It's definitely a racerback design, no doubt about it. I'm returning this one.
