El reloj precioso, un estupendo regalo para el día de la madre. Solo eso estética. Este es el segundo, no entiendo como una marca así, lanza un producto al mercado con tanto nivel de fallas y por supuesto a este precio: recalentamiento extremo, hardware pésimo, duración de batería de risa, sin funcionalidad ninguna solo cambiar de pantallas, el enganche de la correa pésimo y así podría estar una hora ... ( quiero decir que el primero lo tuvo mi mujer tres dias y el segundo duro fuera de la caja 1 hora, nada más actualizar no paraba de reiniciarse). Amazon un 10, nunca me había pasado con ninguna compra pero hoy por hoy nadie da tanta protección al comprador y lo puedo corroborar, es el segundo que devuelvo y me quedo aquí, no tengo ganas de perder dinero ni tiempo. Sinceramente no podría recomendarlo a nadie.

I bought this watch for my girlfriend. The watch look great. The MK app let her switch her watchface everyday. The battery life is not great but enough for her usage. The real downsize is the charger. The magnets are not strong enough.

Das Design ist wirklich schön und die Uhr lässt sich super bedienen. Die Akkulaufzeit ist jedoch wirklich schlecht. Am Anfang hat der Akku nur einige Stunden gehalten. Habe dann alle Funktionen auf Minimum gestellt und jetzt hält der Akku ca 1,5 Tage.Habe bei dem Preis mehr erwartet.

I've used the watch for 2 days so far and here are my thoughts:I really do like this watch for the most part and can't be disappointed in the features since it's obvious from the description that this is not a fully functional smartwatch. 2 additions I would really love to see in future generations are the ability to actually take phone calls through the watch and to be able to play music from the watch as well.Upon first receiving the watch it looks like the pictures for the most part but does look pretty bulky for a woman's watch. (The pictures make it look a little slimmer which is why I chose Sofie over Bradshaw) I have tiny wrists and it is kinda big, but I guess that's to be expected. The band that came with it is way to big and seems more sized for a man than an average sized woman. I tried to resize it on my own but the links do not come out easily. If I keep it, I'll take it to a MK store for resizing. I bought and off-brand bracelet type band that fits better.I have to take down 2 stars for the subpar battery life. I can't make it through a normal 8 hr work day with minimal (only controlling my music) usage. What good is a watch that can't be used at least 12 hours in a day? That is what is driving my decision to probably return this.Day 1: Took the watch off the charger and connected it to my phone around 1:30 pm. While didn't actually use it until I got to work and played a few games for maybe 15 mins total (if that). Last thing I did was told Pepper about my day but that only took like 1 min. By the time I made it back home around 1:00 am, the watch was on 9%.Day 2: Took the watch off the charger around 1:30 pm again. This time I tried to save battery by waiting until I got to work around 3:00 pm to connect to my phone. Throughout the work day I used the watch to control my music, changed the watch face, and used Pepper. The watch died around 11:45 pm. -_-Btw Pepper seems to just be an app to tell about your day or something. I'm not completely sure about it so far.I will give the watch another week or so to keep testing out the battery because I do like it and would like to keep it.

I just received my MK Access Sofie Smart watch (in rose gold). Let me first say that the design of this watch does not disappoint! Right from the start you get a beautifully crafted watch. It has a great band and the face is what you'd expect from any regular watch, but only better as you have so many options to personalize it as you'd like. Secondly, the watch capabilities are fabulous! I love the alerts to notifications. It also doesnt have a speaker, but I don't mind (I feel odd walking and talking to my wrist). Although it is equipped with a microphone to easily respond to texts and messages. Set up was easy for any tech savvy person. I am surprised by the battery life (so far) I've only had it for the day and I've played on it and messed with it most of the day. The battery hasn't been horribly drained. I did have to have it sized, but a trip to our local Fossil store and they popped the links out easily and got the right fit (all for no cost!) As of now, I couldn't be happier with this purchase! I bought this for my wife who is not super technical. The box had a small dent in it (nothing to worry about, shipping, etc). When She opened it, she fell in love with the watch, it looks great, still had some plastic covering, everything looked good. She needed a link taken out so I did that before I set it up for her. When i was setting it up it had another users account already logged in. A gmail address, as well as the iphone the lady had it connected to. If i wanted to buy a used watch I would have. I dont have the heart to tell her, but this is effin BS. I cant believe you would sell something that is used as new. I would be pissed if it was a refurb, but it obviously wasnt since the last persons info was still on it.Also, couldnt register it for the warranty. Wonder why not?Avoid this item at all costs. Breaks my heart, and i cant tell my wife.

Really easy to set up and get started! Love the rose gold color and that you can customize the watch face. Easily check your watch for notifications instead of your phone...hard to text because so small, but there is a talk to text option that works great. Short texts are fine.

Watch broke after 4 months of purchasing, it wouldn’t display anything it only vibrated with notifications. Michaels Kors 2 years warranty on watches does not apply if you do not purchase them from a Michael Kors store. Amazon will not fix or refund past 30 days. My advise is if your going to pay $300 for a Michael Kors smart watch, buy one at an official Michael Kors store.

Very pretty watch. I liked that it was not heavy on the wrist. Unfortunately, it did not function well with my iPhone. I ended up returning it.

After two months of very infrequent use, the watch I bought for my wife broke at the case. She was just wearing it for maybe the third time, and the case broke where the pin inserts where the band attaches. We're screwed as the warranty states:THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:• Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet.Total defect - now we're out $$ with no recourse.Stay away from this watch and from other Michael Kors products.

I am still learning all there is to know with Android Wear... But I like the watch. And we have Android Phones and it is connecting and working nicely with the Android Wear app.Definitely a large watch, but it does a lot. There are options to not have it NOT constantly display the time if you are worried about battery use. And you can get other apps through google play to even more watch faces than are standard with watch. But this watch offers may different watch faces from the start, which are customizable. One feature I opted for which I particularly like is that when my watch is close by, I no longer have to constantly unlock my phone to use it. Watch not nearby, then it immediately asks me for my fingerprint or password.Nice to have a watch that does not look like the man's average smart watch.

Beautiful watch fiancé loved it only issue is that it pairs with iPhone but none of the apps work it is for android so now she is stuck with a digital watch basically as much as you pay for it I figured it would work with iPhone but I guess they favor android as much mk merchandise I have bought this is disappointing and sadly the last time I spend my money on mk if they are so petty to favor android I am that petty to take my business elsewhere

Ordered rose gold, and when I opened my package it was definitely regular gold. Other than that, the watch was in good condition. It's honestly just like any other brand smart watch. You pay for the name on the watch, there's nothing this watch does that the other ones don't do. Matter of factly, the battery life may even be worse. If I dont charge the watch every day it wont last a full 24 hours.
