I'm always a little skeptical when the price is low, but these surprised me with their high quality. I've owned a lot of stainless steel knives over the years, but I started using ceramic more and more. Ceramic is much sharper and more hygienic. This set is excellent, I use the Santoku almost daily.The big question with ceramic is are they breakable? I liked the rounded point on these. The tips tend to chip when it has a sharp point. This set is comparable to the pricier Kyocera ceramic knives, which also have a rounded point. I can chop with confidence!

I love these knives! They work just as well, if not better, than the more expensive knives that are out there. They arrived quickly and are just as pictured. They are easy to clean, durable and very well made. The protective covers were a great touch that you don't usually get with similar sets! I highly recommend!!

Just received them yesterday. Not as sharp as I'd expected them to be. Will continue to evaluate them on various items.

So so super sharp! Ceramic knifes are the best. the peeler is the sharpest peeler you will ever own, and so ergonomic --- makes slicing anything a piece of cake. Just make sure to keep the knife protecters on when not in use. I am afraid my roommates will cut themselves, it's so sharp.

My wife is a cook and caterer and needs to chop things like veggies quickly. She didn't jump on the ceramic "bandwagon" so I thought this would be a nice gift. She loves them! She's now using them at home in addition to catering, so she says she's definitely buying at least 1 more set.

I may have sliced my finger on it while aggressively drying it with a paper towel... my bad.

Good knives. I probably won't use the bonus peeler much, but I'm pleased with this set.
