Excellent.... my feet have been wanting these....
These are not for slip on boots or shoes. Tried that. Doesn't work. Boot is too tight. Will update this when I buy a pair of lace up work boots tomorrow. I can tell, they feel great. Just what I need.I developed a spot on the outside edge of my foot. It is calloused. It causes severe pain. Especially when driving. Not much pressure. I drive at work.Included pictures. Love how these molded around that. The best part is that I can remold these if I get rid of that spot.I'm a person who always depended on strengthening my feet. Any problem could be solved. Have run three marathons in my life. I had a bad accident, two years ago. My spine twisted. Bad at the bottom of the spine. Caused severe pain in lower back and legs. I've rested so much. My feet are going bad. Also listened to a chiropractor who wanted me to wear inserts. They weren't wide enough. That's how I developed that spot on the outside of my foot. Foot hung over the insert. I've also gotten to where I'm getting pain in the arch. Others, to deal with like metatarsal extension. So I had to do something. I decided to try these. Initial impression is I'm glad I did.I have been digging with my heel to stop pain in my feet. These are giving my heel that position. I have rather flat feet. Will work into these with precaution. Develop my feet for them. They feel like my feet have been begging for them.Other things that work good for me. Have a pair of small arch support pads for barefoot in the house. Five Fingers work out pretty darn good. Except with the arch pain creeping up now. Negative heel shoes work out well. I also have started working with magnesium. A book on amazon about it. Have already begun making good progress with magnesium. Am soaking my feet in epsom salt right now. These inserts are mainly for my work boots. I spend alot of time in those boots.EDIT: I did get the new work boots today. Geesh... $186 for a good pair of Irish Setters. They work good with or without the Orthotics. I do need to work a little on that one spot in the Orthotics. After a while I'll touch there. Also fear molding it too much will result in it breaking. So my plan is to work back and forth.I wore those same shoes in my picture to the store. Ended up wearing the Orthotics in them when I left. So my rule of not working in slip on is limited to stronger shoes/boots. I'm really liking these Orthotics. Never had any before. Didn't want them. They're wonderful. I find myself standing on my heels. Standing straighter. A good roll to stepping now. Am very glad I bought these.Didn't have any pain driving home from the store. May seem stupid that is amongst my worst pain. But for me it's true. Feet just sitting there. Loving these.I need to face the fact that amongst other problems. I'm facing Plantar Fascitis. At least now, I can get out and work my feet/legs. Rehabilitate them. Get stronger again.

Dream come true! Finally I can wear all my shoes again! Best orthopedic insoles I’ve ever tried!
If I could give this 100 stars I would. I was just about to give up and throw away most of my shoes. After a toe injury lead to severe arthritis between my big toe joint and foot I could no longer wear my Dr. Marten shoes or most of my shoes. Podiatrist told me I needed very expensive orthopedic insoles which my insurance would not cover. Or surgery. I bought about 30 different types of orthopedic insoles from Amazon and other websites and nothing really worked. And then I saw this listing. I liked the return policy so thought I would try. I actually ordered one size up because I noticed my arch seems to be pretty long. I did the hot water and molded it to my foot, waited a few minutes and put them in my shoes. I could not believe it, it was exactly the perfect support underneath my entire foot that I needed! They seem to work in all my shoes including slippers.Last night I wore my Dr. Martens for the first time in six months, pain free! It took all the pressure off my toe joint. The problem with the other orthopedic insoles is they felt like a lump under my foot. But these are so smooth and gradual and molded to your own foot, they are a dream come true for me. I just ordered a second pair, it’s pretty easy to switch them from shoe to shoe but I figure I might eventually get a bunch of them. The feeling reminds me of when I used to wear cowboy boots, they are hard but they cuddle my foot in exactly the right way. I’m just so happy and so grateful to have found these. I need to tell my podiatrist about them, I can’t believe I was about to spend $300 or $400 on something that might not have even worked. Try these!

Depends on the shoe for fit. I was surprised that these inserts really are comfortable and work to reduce or stop pain from PF. I walked 4- 5 miles, a different couple days. With these inserted in my Clark Wave Trek shoes and never had any problems. No cramping, no pain during the day or the morning after. I have even tried them in my cowgirl boots and slip-on's Romeo's. Not so good in the slip-on's but more because of the loose fit. I did have to re-form the first foot I attempted but got it right the second time. I have not had the chance to try them out for any length of time with my Sperry Topsiders.

Works Wonders on Aching Feet and Knees
I was skeptical this support would work and even more skeptical of the process to fit it to my own feet. However, it's simple enough for me to do it without goofing it up. Put the support into boiling water, take it out with a pair of tongs, sit down on a chair with socks on and put your foot into the support, pressing it up on the sides to hug the foot. Easy. After wearing them for one day inside my athletic shoes, I have zero foot and knee pain. Usually by this time of day (8:30 pm), I have my heating pad wrapped around my knees and I am hoping I can make it to bedtime without taking prescription pain medicine. My feet and knees suffer because of a ridiculously high instep. (I have had Jones fractures on both feet that required titanium pins. I know about foot pain.) But here I am relaxing on my bed writing this review without a heating pad or pain medicine or shooting pains through my feet and legs. It's a miracle as far as I'm concerned. I do think wearing lace up shoes helps this support do it's job. This product isn't for loafers or slippers. However, I would gladly wear athletic shoes with this support every day for the rest of my life if I can be pain free like I am tonight.I wore a light weight sock when molding the support and I wore a medium weight sock all day today. I was on my feet for over 12 hours. I can't believe it. No pain. Zero.Try this support. I wear a ladies 8.5 and I bought the size 9 support. Perfect fit. Don't know about the men's sizes but I assume they will be as accurate as the ladies' sizes. I have spent a small fortune on supports and shoe inserts as I'm sure you have if you are reading this. I risked another $70 and it was worth it. Wonderful product that does what it says.

Sturdy long lasting support
This insert has a strong arch, can be molded and re-molded to get the exact fit. I continue to buy more to put in all of my shoes and boots but they are easily moved between them. If you want strong feeling support that is made of a long lasting material, this is the insert you’ll want. The savings over time is in the wear and tear of other inserts.

Best inserts for high arches I've tried
I have very high arches (cavus foot) which has gradually got worse as I get older. I've had plantar faciitus, heel pain, pain in top of foot, you name it. There are many shoes that I would not even consider wearing cos of my feet. Over the years I've tried so many insoles which just felt uncomfortable and do nothing for the pain. I have a big box full of discarded, useless memory foam, gel, foam, sports, etc insoles. During another bout of pain and limping I came across these ones. They are expensive and I was sceptical. I thought I needed cushioning and these are rock hard. When they turned up I was even more sceptical as they really are rock hard. Anyway, followed the instructions and molded them to my feet. They feel weird when you first start using them as it feels like there is something in your shoe that shouldn't be there. After about 2 or 3 days I forgot they were there. During that time, things amazingly did improve. But fast forward 6 weeks and all the pain seems like a distant memory. I use them in every shoe I put on (you can out them directly on the insole that comes with the shoe). I use them running and playing sports which I can do again without foot pain! And I can wear shoes that I haven't worn for years. I wish I had found these years ago.I can't speak for any other foot condition but if you have high arches, you need these.

Better than any other insoles I've tried
I really like this product and it has really made a difference with my plantar fasciitis. Huge relief with my pain, but the insoles flatten out after a few hours on my feet and I have place them in hot water everyday before I use them. Besides that I really like them...About a month now and even though I have to reset before I use them..My plantar fasciitis is almost completely cured and almost pain free.I highly recommend this item

Brilliant product. My husband tried the run of the mill foot supports that he purchased in shoe shops and non of them were much help (he has really high arches). After his sports physio recommended he get a pair of foot supports to place in his shoes to stop his pronated right foot from falling inwards (affecting his calf/knee/back muscles) I searched online for something that would actually DO the job. So glad I found these Corefit Mouldable supports. We were able to mould them to support his high arches and he says that they are so comfortable and so very supportive that he wants to buy another pair so that he doesn't have to keep changing between his different shoes. Thank you Corefit.

A real review from a real user with years of usage
Update Nov 2021: Wow, have I ever changed my opinion on these things since I bought them. I leave my review at 4 stars as I still do not use them without a thin comfort layer insert between them and my feet. The front edge has always been a problem to mold into a way that doesn't cause pain. That may be due to my own feet and their length, width, build etc. However these things outperform both of my $500 custom made orthotics sets easily. I stand and walk all day long and my arches are not hating me as anymore as they seem to suffer less fatigue than the custom designed ones from my doctor. If you suffer stinky feet issues you can easily wash these inserts.Initial review: Cost factor is amazing but.....I have been trying so hard to get them to fit correctly. The front edge always ends up being painful no matter how many times I try to remold it.Update Feb 2020: I have tried to remold them so many times but I just cannot get the front edge to sit comfortably under my foot. They are now given up on.Update July 2021: So I kept trying to make them comfortable without 100% success. However I ended up putting a pair of cheap/thin inserts over them to handle the comfort issue. I have worn them for 60 hour work weeks ever since.Update Sept 2021: They are still going strong. I just changed the thin insert I use above them and they work excellently still.
