Doesn't necessarily make you hungry but it takes away the feeling of disgust in food, making it easier to consume food.

I don't like taking so many pills. Two pills 2 - 5 times a day is a bit much. I haven't been able to decide if it works or not. Unfortunately , I go all day without eating. When I do eat I don't see an increase of my appetite. I would think with 10 pills a day, I should be eating up everything in sight.

I've had a low appetite pretty much my entire life, and now being on ADHD meds what was there was effectively reduced to nothing, I'd go all day (or even multiple days) without feeling remotely hungry. So I've been looking all over for something to improve, and stumbled on this.Let me be clear, your mileage will probably definitely vary as I am a special case, but I did still find this supplement to have some noticeable effect. That said, its effect was still not strong/long enough to merit a 5 star. It tastes terrible (when burping or if you are unlucky and the case dissolves too soon). The pills are also on the larger end.If you have a picky kid who isn't "hungry", this'll get them going. If you are in a lifelong battle with your own brain/stomach... probably keep looking.
