Very thick so you may need to add some water to get it down. If not you feel the need to chew it. The cherry is not horrible, better than other products I have tried. It is a bit sweet but 1oz makes it so much easier to get protein in. Leave it at room temperature as it gets even thicker when cold!

Love this stuff. Tastes great and its great for a post workout protein drink that doesn't cause bloating.

I got the cherry flavor. I love Cherry everything! To get such an important supplement in a small quantity sounded great! I don’t know how people say this tastes good though. It does have a cherry flavor, but such a strange flavor that goes along with it and horrible after taste. I could not handle it pure. I mixed it with water and got it super cold. I was able to get it down, but not sure I want more. It’s really not good…

I use a liquid protein supplement in my milk for cereal breakfast. This cherry flavor is overwhelming. Even at half the dosage it drowns out everything else in 6 ounces of milk. Not for me.

This is something I've been giving my mom for her protein. As of right now, her skin has improved since giving it to her along with other protein I have for her. Trying to find something to give her enough protein for the amount recommended from her doctor.

After 2 months use..works pretty well.
