This actually works. Bought this along with a back board that has multiple arch height. Together they work perfect. I use the board for a good 5-10minutes and then I wear this for a good 15 minutes. I can feel the decompression of my back. This plus the back board is a great pain relief for my back especially after a lot of bending down and lifting.

This belt has literally saved my husbands and my lower back.. he has 2 herniated discs and I have 3 pinched nerves in our lower backs and suffer with sciatica issues.. by wearing this belt it has helped tremendously with the recuperation time. We swear by this belt. Granted, it’s not the most comfortable but it WORKS!!!

It helps ergonomics of sitting and bending over really well. Some pain has been released, and posture has improved.

It worked great for a month then holes started popping up on it making it useless. Don't buy it. Don't waste your hard earned money.

I was surprised to find that this belt did relieve my back pain, I was not expecting it to work as well as it did. After doing yard work all day my lower back can get stiff and sore. This belt relieves the stiffness immediately. I am happy with the results.
