Not Airline approved
Airline said it was not approved and we couldn’t use it. What waste.

Great on large planes, not on smaller aircraft flights
Loved the idea of strapping my high energy toddler down during our first flights (yup, 4 separate flights in one trip!) I know how unsafe it is for a child to be a lap baby, so I new my 2 yr old would have her own seat. And then the second part- worrying if it was safe enough for her with just the normal seatbelt. I had visions of her climbing out of it, so I like the familiarity to a car seat strap that the harness provided. That being said, it worked great on the first flight! It was a larger plane. Only issue is that on 2 of the 4 flights we took, we were on a smaller aircraft. And the straps don’t work as well on the smaller seats. Because although you can adjust the straps, the part that wraps around her seat, can sometimes interfere with the tray and locking that tray of the person in the seat behind her. We made it work all 4 times, but I’m not really sure it would have been as affective the two times the fit was a struggle. It definitely was uncomfortable for our daughter those times. Glad that I had it, wish it worked for all plane types.

Ok, not great
Item came as described. We couldn’t use it on one leg of the flight because there’s nothing indicating the FAA safety approval. I guess we got lucky the first leg. It was comfortable for my son and easy to use.

Made the trip a lot easier!
Worked fantastic for our 2yr old.We were on an Airbus A320. I think it should work easily and without issue on any seat or plane. Recommend a shelf liner so they don't slip down on the seat.

Installed fine. Worked as designed.
Easy to use - kept my little one secure and comfortable. Only took a few minutes to get it set up after boarding. Never got a question from the flight attendants - they knew this unit well. The one thing to note, to secure the strap around the seat back, you may need to work with the passenger behind you to ensure it doesn't interfere with their tray table.
