Great stakes for sandy soil
These stakes look and feel very strong. They are not lightweight. We used two of them to help brace a tree where previously installed stakes and ropes had failed. We have sandy soil, very few rocks. The stakes went into our ground like a knife through butter. We did use a crowbar through the loop on top of the stake to screw it in, but with that caveat (e.g. get the right tool for the job), the stakes were incredibly easy to install. They are solidly anchored, and don't seem like they will come out again unless we get out the crowbar and unscrew them. We tied the tree ropes to those anchors and then around the tree. The stakes are painted black, so be sure to remember where you installed them as they are hard to see once they are screwed into the turf (e.g. surrounding grass hides them). Don't know yet how well the paint will protect the stakes from weather and rust in the long run, but so far we are very satisfied.

Great Trampoline Anchors
I bought these with ratchet straps to anchor our trampoline. They are pretty thick and heavy duty which is just what we needed. We live right next to a field so we get quite a bit of wind. These anchors have worked perfectly and the trampoline has already survived a few good storms. They twist down pretty flush with the ground and the loop on top folds down so that we are able to mow right over them. I cannot speak to their effectiveness for other uses but definitely recommend them for the trampoline.

Perfect for my trampoline
I bought a set of 4 to use in combination with tie down straps to hold my trampoline in place. Previously I had been using some heavy bags of rocks. If I left the rocks in place they kill the grass underneath. If I only use when needed (threat of storms/winds) it's a pain to move them in and out of my shed. These stakes went in easy. The 1st half to 2/3 I could put them into the ground by hand. The rest of the way I used a tire iron to finish twisting them in. Once in they sit low to the ground. When I want to mow under the trampoline I release the tie down straps and move the trampoline. The stakes have such a low profile I can mow right over them. And now they are almost hidden in the grass. Since I put them in with the tie down straps we have had several storms with high winds and rain knocking down trees in the area but my trampoline hasn't budged an inch.

Tie Ins Super Strong—We’re overjoyed!
We have an old heavy iron bench placed on a windy hill by the lake. The wind constantly picked up the bench with every storm — a real chore to drag back. Husband decided to set the legs in concrete while I searched for solution. Thank God I found And ordered the 16 inch spiral tie downs! Hubby used bungie cord to match bench to anchor bench to the tie downs. Tie downs are invisible to sight once fully in ground. We can’t even budge bench with our hands. With two tornado like winds in our area, since using tie downs our bench has never moved an inch! Everything beautifully blends in with nature is a big plus!

Solid Anchors for Big Jobs
When we were hanging lights over our porch we didn't consider how heavy the strands and bulbs would be. Even with a full concrete base our pole was quickly, and easily, going to topple. I asked around for options, and countering the weight with ground anchors was the crowdsourced best solution. I looked at some others - and even bought a pair from another manufacturer - but these spiral ties seemed the best choice for this purpose. And they are. I used three ground anchors and the pole is now rock-solid. (I'm glad there was a fourth - some rocks in the ground would not yield, and I actually bent one while corkscrewing it in.) Overall, solid workmanship, strong, flush with the ground - exactly what we needed.

Solid and well designed
I got these to hold the kids trampoline down because they keep bouncing it off the ground AND because a wind storm blew it onto the garage. Getting them in was tough because my yard has rocks, but once I got them screwed in and attached them to the trampoline with straps, it's super solid. Recommend.

Tied down a boat and trailer with these ground anchors
Believe it or not, I used these to tie down my boat (on the trailer) for Hurricane Dorian. It worked great. I have a top heavy large center console boat and was worried about the wind. The boat/trailer did not move an inch!

Still holding strong
Sturdy and durable. I am using them to tie down my awnings and after some good winds they are still holding strong. I used a 1/2” drive breaker bar to twist them into the ground (edge of the lawn).

Exactly what we wanted!
We used these for the tie downs on the pool winter cover, and they fold down for the summer - soo perfect!

Good quality
Likes the colour, that it was built very heavy duty. Didn't like the price.
