Complete Book of Horses and Riding

Current vet student looking to specialize in equine medicine. This book actually has a lot of good info that I learned about in equine anatomy, so it was a good refresher. I found it to be accurate and a good starting point for those who don’t know anything about horses (just as I didn’t when I first started vet school). But now I love horses and I want to know everything about them! It’s a good reference guide for sure

I bought this book for a young girls birthday. I know she will love, if not I will keep it for me. The book contains valuable information.

Needs to be updated. Missing both gaited and non gaited breeds.

My little one loves horses , and she wanted to learn as much, and about as many as possible. This book is great. It has many pictures, facts and information about different breeds.

My niece was excited to receive this book for her birthday! Very good quality!

Bought for my nice. Not a great book. The basic level of the info is not a problem, my niece is a new rider, but there is just so little information. For a book this size, much more should and could be covered. Very disappointed.
