Centrum Specialist Heart Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement with Super B Complex Vitamins, Antioxidants and Phytosterols - 120 Count

This Centrum vitamin offers a balance of several essential vitamins, especially B-vitamins, multiple minerals, and phytosterols that are aimed at maintaining, if not, improving the well-being of most individuals who are concerned about their heart health. The Supplement Facts indicate that one tablet is needed to reach the daily values indicated on the label, but two tablets are recommended for each day.If you have not used these before, start with only one a day, in the morning, always with food, and monitor how you feel throughout the day. As with any large pills, do not take these on an empty stomach. After a week, then transition to two at different meals and evaluate whether these work best for you to reach your health goals.

I love the Centrum Specialist Heart vitamins and have been taking them for years until sellers started inflating the price of the vitamins. I was happy to see them on Amazon again for a reasonable price. I should have known better. I just purchased 2 boxes of the 60 tablets on 2/24/22 and received my order today, 2/26/22. Both packages of vitamins EXPIRE ON 4/22. The expiration date on the boxes were covered with an inventory label probably put there purposely by the seller. This seems deceptive to me. This happened last time when I ordered the 120 count boxes. - I will NOT be buying from the seller again. I will be able to use these 2 boxes before they expire, but just barely.

I have been taking this product for many years. I always had an extra bottle so that I wouldn't run out when I finished one. I went online to find more Centrum Specialist Heart when my bottle ran out and I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) on their web site on Sept. 4, 2022 inquiring about the availability of this product and they responded that:"Unfortunately, this product was discontinued and there are presently no plans to bring it back on the market.There was certainly nothing wrong with it; however, demand for the product was not as strong as we anticipated."So, there's that.

These vitamins are helpful in lowering cholesterol. They are not a substitute for medication but I think they help if you have slightly elevated cholesterol. They are getting harder and harder to find for some reason, so I was glad to find them on Amazon. The pills are somewhat large so I wouldn't say that they are easy to swallow, but I don't really have a problem with them.

I like & want the product, but it doesn't seem to be available. Is this a permanent situation ??? Or is it going to be available soon ???? I'm almost out.Thank You

I use the product to aid in keeping my heart healthy. I am a Stage IVA Head, Neck, Throat Cancer survivor. With Chemotherapy, Radiation the treatments take a toll on one's body. Vitamins, supplements aid in my continued health. My Cancer team and local Doctor agree with my selection of all my Vitamins, supplements. Its hard to say whether these vitamins are nay better or worse than any other but Centrum is a popular brand and they do market this as good for the heart. Be aware that it is recommended that one takes one of these vitamins twice a day. If you buy a 120 capsule bottle, it is only a 60 day supply.

I've only found one thing that will help keep my cholesterol in check that is not a medicine and that'sCentrum Heart Specialist. You cannot buy it in the stores around here. So glad Amazon has made it available for purchase and at a very good price.

Yet to go for a lipid panel test. Not sure will actually reduce cholesterol level.
